A lovely meal with an excellent bottle of house wine. We both had the pork stewed in red wine and my husband practically licked the plate clean!

Quiet, restorative restaurant with wonderful service. My husband had the veal, which was so tender and delicious. I had the pho, and it was so nice to have one of my favorites again. The broth, and the ingredients were very fresh. I was in food...More
We wanted a quiet meal and selected Paris Saigon among a wide range of great looking options. We made a great choice. The service was great, the owner tended to us personally, and the food was terrific, and great value for the prices. If anything,...More
Nice looking small restaurant, run by the French owner and his Vietnamese wife. I went specifically for the Pho Bo, as I had been unable to find a good Vietnamese style noodle soup in Siem Reap, that would compare favorably to the ones I regularly...More

My son and I were hungry after a long morning of temple run and found this little gem near our hotel. The owner appears to be a friendly Frenchman and the food and service were great. We both had steaks and were quite satisfied.

The third time here in Siem Reap and of course i had to come back here. The food was still as amazing. The fried rolls and Pho was incredible. "Must-Try!" Very clean, well air conditioned and service was just as good as the first time....More
As a Vietnamese, I realized that we were served instant pho instead of a real pho, or at least pho with dried noodle and beef broth, which I could get at a local restaurant for $2. Not recommended.
Our "Pho" was always one of Siem Reap's favourites... And prices are very clearly shown on our exterior menu. Regards. The Owner.
