Porton San Sebastian is a good, quaint restaurant within the Walled City of Cartagena. The food was really good, the staff was friendly and the drinks were pouring.

We went to this restaurant twice for dinner and once for drinks. Both times the meals were excellent and although we spoke no Spanish the staff were very accommodating and the menu was in English. They even remembered our wine preference.
