My wife and I live in Savusavu and have eaten at Koro Sun resort on may occasions over the past 18 years and have even celebrated an anniversary or two there. We have always found the food, service and atmosphere to be exceptional. We would cheerfully recommend th experience to out of country travelers.

The Mongolian and Fiji buffets are fantastic. The open air restaurant is beautiful. The entertainment is enjoyable also.

We stayed at the Koro Sun Resort and ate meals at the restaurant daily for a week. I think we tasted most everything on the menu. I don't think there was anything I didn't like. Everything was fresh and well presented. My compliments to the chef! The portions were perfect, not too much but plenty. The ambiance is relaxed and... More

It just so happened that the Koro Sun had a traditional buffet dinner the night I arrived. Many of the fresh fruits and vegetables are actually grown on the grounds. The selections were numerous, very fresh, many were unique and traditional. Both the fresh local fish and pork slowly cooked in an underground lovo oven were all you can eat.... More

My friend and I stayed at the resort for 4 days and ate all of our meals here. Town is 15 minutes away and options are kind of limited there too. The food here was amazing. The staff will give you several choices of what you would like for lunch and dinner each day. The staff were unbelievably nice and... More

We stayed at this resort and ate there most nights. c. NZ$40 for a 3 course meal which was always well cooked and varied. There are 1-3 choices for each course.

Koro sun is located 30mins away from town which means that you can't go anywhere to eat unless you have transport. The food must be pre ordered which we weren't aware of. It's 60FJD for dinner and 40FJD for a hot breakfast meal (it's not included in your continental package) (both are set meals)!

Ate all but one of our meals here since we were staying at the remote resort. Some meal were amazing, while others were quite average. Continental breakfast was limited and basic. Main portions at dinner were typically quite large. Service was inconsistent like getting water refills. Lunches and dinners were limited to three choices for mains and required pre-ordering in... We actually stayed at Koro Sun Resort (KSR) - separate review - so we ate our meals there. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners were all quite good. The bar was quite adequately stocked, the staff very attentive. There was a diverse breakfast menu - all very good - in addition to the continental breakfast that was complimentary with the room. That... More

Wonderful rotating menu. Choosing lunches and dinners each morning was great, not need to worry. Lots of choice, food was great and more than enough. Never felt hungry.
