Chez Roger at Te Honu Iti serves the best of foods in very pleasant surroundings. We visited him last year, and twice on our trip this year. Great food, great atmosphere with the sharks an stingrays swimming in the flooded light from the porch, and...More

They were kind enough to come pick us up at our hotel for dinner. The ambiance of the sharks and rays right near our table was great. But, unfortunately, the food was not good. The sliced Filet was not on the menu, the sirloin was...More

I normally don’t like to say “don’t go or don’t try”. But this called Chez Roger, is one of the exceptions to be made. Roger, the owner, chefe and waiter, had the time to pick us himself on the Hilton Moorea. Sound strange? No, as...More

Roger greeted us for our wonderful night of Cooks Bay dining. We had the place to ourselves with the exception of the sharks and rays. The evening began with warm goats milk cheese salad. Sublime with just the right amount of cheese and croutons. We...More

Amazing food, fresh and great taste. View of huge circling nurse shark and several rays in the bay from the balcony. No idea why this restaurant is not higher ranked

Went here based on reviews.... I was under the impression it might be less expensive than the hotel prices. Not true, just as pricey. The pick up from hotel was great, and value added. However, the food was probably the least favorite of the trip....More

Even the owner of this restaurant admits the feeding of the sharks and stingrays are now the attraction for his restaurant. A quaint little restaurant on the banks of the water. During the night the owner feeds the sharks and sting rays that are constantly...More

Hi Alison, We ate at Te Honu Iti in March. They provided transport to and from. We stayed at the Hilton and it was about 10 min. Maybe 15-20 min from the InterContinental. Enjoy! It is good.
