One of the best restaurants in Chandigarh, the ambiance, the service everything is good. But I suppose it is pretty dependent on the rush they have. I had been to Swagath quite a few times, when the restaurant is not experiencing much rush the quality of food is much better as compared to when it is full. As vegetarian their... More

Love this place for the Food & various other offerings. Must try the South Indian dishes like Biryani, Chettinad Chicken & many Combo's with Appam . Channa Masala served with Drinks during Dinner is awesum.

The Ambience is indicator of quality food you are about to enjoy; the hospitality makes you more special. The people around compliment the essence of dining. So if you don't mind spending extra money on bill and taxes; you can count a memorable time

I tried biryani here which was delicious. I did not try many dishes so I do not have much to say but the overall experience was good and I would like to visit again.

The food at Swagath has never let us down but this time found the service to be underwhelming. Whatever extras we ordered for, took their own time coming - whether it was crutons or onions or chutney or even water. Will still go back to the restaurant in the hope it was a one-off issue.

The food is always excellent and the service top class. And the bar man strikes the right chord every time.

Swagath doesn't disappoint you AT ALL if you are craving for North Indian food in this region. Exemplary food, great service and wide variety to suite every palate. What else does one need?! It offers generously-filled vegetarian thali's to succulent meats for the carnivores!

The atmosphere was very nice and calm the only downside was that it was really busy so we had to wait a little while, that aside food was great and the service was great definitely reccomend and would go again.

Visited on multiple occasions and was disappointed when the consistency of the food was missing. I think they will loose their sheen soon if they continue to disappoint their patrons frequently. I think they have gone into to mode of serving more people and faster TAT on table hence the food is not the key element of the entire experience... More

South Indian Restaurants serving non vegetarian food are a rarity in the North esp the Panju land and being an avid meat eater this had to be a must visit esp to sample the variety of fish. I was in for a disappointment. The first shocker was the fish being served. Instead of the rich variety served down South, these... More
