Is served after the gun fight. Brisket or chicken is the choice with seasoned beans, biscuits, applesauce, spiced cake, and a baked potato. Seconds are allowed, so come hungry. Soda and ice cream are available for purchase.

We are located at an altitude of 7200 feet and we are open in the evening so we don't have a need for air conditioning. In fact most people bring along la light jacket because these mountain evenings can get cool.
