Lovely bakery/café/restaurant. Extensive menu, delicious food at a very reasonable price and lovely staff. If you are hungry then this is the place to go.

Really enjoyed my brekkie here-fried eggs, hash brown, tomatoes, mushrooms, and toast. Also a glass of juice and black tea. Best breakfast I've had in India in over a week!

New Bread of Life Bakery is on Shivala Road just west of Niranjan Ghat. I had a masala paneer curry with garlic naan. The curry has a limited taste palette but it was good. The ambiance is dark and quiet. The waiter/manager is gracious and helpful. I had breakfast here another day. The pancakes were good as was the masala... More

Thoroughly enjoyed breakfast of tomato omelette and cha. Great value and prompt service. Very tasty. We enjoyed the experience so much that we returned that night to partake of their special pizza. Yum as well.

We came to the restaurant to have meat food at last. And I didn't want to take a risk so I took chicken curry with rice. And it was the best chicken curry in India. We had garlick naans as well and they were perfect. Interiors are dull like all the town but it's not the main reason we are... More

There were lots of foreigners in this restaurant, goes to show that they're onto a good thing! We had the skillet breakfast and it was awesome. It was the first western breakfast we'd had on our trip and was a very welcome change! Coffee was great and the eggs were cooked well. We also bought some biscuits to snack on... More

I visited this place for lunch but were unhappy with the dull interiors. we ordered for Brownie for a quick bite & it was horrible, Ahhh ! we couldn't finish it ! Next we ordered for Sandwich which was just ok. Finally tried with Soup & Chinese & I was not so happy with the quality. I guess, their bread... More

Great western style breakfasts and well worth a visit - quality food, clean and staff are really friendly. French toast is a highlight.

My family heard about this local restaurant and was excited to give it a try. There wasn't anything unique about the facilities but the menu was varied and included Western, Chinese, Asian and Indian choices. We opted for the Indian menu that evening. While the food was nothing noteworthy, it was tasty and of good value. The staff serving our... More

Stopped by for breakfast not expecting much. Very surprised. Excellent omelettes, bread was delicious and American pancakes spot on. Even the chai was as good as you will find on the street. Highly recommend it. It may be a couple of rupees more than some similar places but well worth it. Definitely not a tourist trap.

Thank John B
