This restaurant is always crowded, I walk past most evening and have been unable to get a seat. Last night I spotted a table outside with only one person sitting at the table. I made my move, excuse me do you mind if I sit down. Picked the wrong person, young Russian who says, my table. I reply, no not... More

I went with my pensioner parents and my 10yo daughter. The 4 of us had 2 fresh squeezed juices each (9000rp) 2 entrees and a main each. All up our bill was 220000rp about $22aud. I had chicken satay sticks with rice which I thought was great. So did my mother. My dad had the pepper steak which he also... More

I had ANSI goring ayam tasteless, day old chicken dry and stringy. My partner had satay chicken and rice, satay tasted like chilli chicken and again dry old chicken, the best thing was the white rice. Cheap yes but there are better warung right across the road. Will never go there again

Bamboo corner is still very cheap eats, but this visit my husband had spring rolls and there was a lot of oil running out of them, and we had club sandwiches. Not much too them and only a few chips. I would rather pay that little bit extra for the quality to go back up.

The food is very tasty and cheaper than most other restaurants. The staff are very help full and very polite. The fish dishes are very popular with tourists and the Chinese, we hit Bali during the Chinese new year and most nights we had to wait for a table. People watching is a great pass time when your are waiting... More

My partner has been visiting this restaurant for the past 16 years when he visits indo for his surf trips and it's by far his favourite restaurant. This trip was my first time to Bamboo Corner and from the outside it looks very basic and we were the only westerners. 12/10 amazing flavours, great sized meals, great service and -... More

We have frequented Bamboo Corner many times over the years and it never fails to provide value for money. Don't expect 5 star service or clean table clothes but the food is cheap and tasty. The dishes are a little small, however you can order extra servings a still save. There is always a wait at their busy times and... More

I must be mad to keep trying this place. I get sucked in by the reviews and comments of dinners (mostly Asian and European). I think "maybe they've changed cooks" and try again. Seriously I should trust my gut! The food is horrid! I'm not sure what food these people (that rate it highly) eat at home... but it must... More

This is what the real local restaurant is but there are more and more tourists coming here recently. The food is great. Usually one main dish is enough for a person. If you want to try different dishes, you should come with your friend in case you cannot finish the meal. The price is very cheap compared to other local... More
