We enjoyed our meal which cost around $100 for 4 of us (meal plus one drink) with a discount voucher from our hotel. Although my nephew was disappointed with his chicken parmigiana- he said he did not live up to his expectations of Janie Oliver! Burger was great, and my pasta dish was yummy. A cheap (not cheap for Bali) way to experience a Jamie Oliver restaurant. Peanut Allergy freindly.

Our family group of 13 went to Jamie Olivers for lunch and it was fantastic. All of our group thouroughly enjoyed the variety of meals we had. The kids meals were a good size and out of 6 kids, there was nothing left on there plates. I can highly recommend Jamies Restaurant when in Kuta we really enjoyed it.

Server Santy was amazing. I told her about myself having a birthday, and she asked the chef to make a chocolate fudge Happy Birthday sign for me. Fusilli and mushroom pizza were good. Meringue is a light tasty dessert as well. The interior of a restaurant is pleasantly well done.

We went for Christmas Day as a family and the service was not great. My chicken dish was tough and fatty. My husband’s beef dish was also fatty and tasted bland. My daughter did not like her salad at all. We asked the waitress for a bowl of chips for my daughter as she wasn’t going to eat the salad. The waitress gave us the bowl of chips without a word or query as to what was not right about the salad
On top of this..the band playing were the worst we have heard.
The restaurant is not cheap and it is definitely not worth it. I believe if Jamie Oliver himself visited he would be horrified

We were looking forward to tonight’s dinner, the first of 2020 and chose Jamie Oliver’s Kitchen.
Service was good however the food wasn’t so. We ordered the chicken burger - it arrived unseasoned and the burger tasted like it had been boiled rather than fried in oil. We also ordered the ribs, arrived to the table covered in coriander, shallots and chili. No sauce, again no seasoning. Ribs were accompanied by potato salad which was ok and sweet potato (again, no seasoning).
Overall, if it wasn’t for the bintang arriving cold we would have left without paying!
Needs to do better!

Before leaving to come to Bali, Jamie Oliver's Kitchen was a top restaurant on my list. Very disappointing. If only the food was as good as the service. Had the salmon which was so overcooked, the protein was seeping out of the fish. The rack of ribs were very dry and you could smell they were not fresh and had been frozen. There were eight of us, 7 got meals and then one of the guests didn't get there meal as they forgot it when everyone finished their meals. Very disappointing as we were not impressed with the food and were still hungry after leaving.

Jamie Oliver is one of the best chefs in my opinion. I have several books with him on the cover and do cooking according to his recipes time to time.
That’s why I couldn’t pass by his restaurant in Kuta when I came across. Service and music and atmosphere were quite nice there. But I dropped in for food - not for entourage. And the meal was not good actually. Bali island is well known for beautiful meals. The pasta I was treated was...not nice. If I cooked it at home it would be better actually. And spaghetti were sticked together🤠But thanks for changing the meal because the first one was too spicy (I asked not to add chili to my pasta but they forgot).

This became my go-to restaurant while I stayed in Kuta. The restaurant is clean and stylish and you feel relaxed as soon as you enter it. They have a selection of different kind of Western and Indonesian inspired food that tastes delicious. Something that makes this restaurant really stand out is the excellent service you get there. I would like to especially give credit to the waitress Shanty who greeted me as a friend every time I came to eat. She is so friendly, gives excellent service, speaks great English and taught me about the Balinese culture when I had questions about that. She even gave me a scoop of delicious chocolate ice cream my last night in Bali - this was highly appreciated! Would recommend everyone from solo travelers to families to go eat here. You will not be disappointed.

Our order originally was
Wings to start to share
Ribeye steak with chips
And a bolognaise
The starter came which was cold, I passed this to my partner who picked at it and I decided to order some chips to come with my bolognaise as I knew I would be hungry from not eating the starter.
So our mains came and the bolognaise was like a child had made it, it was bland so I ate the extra chips I ordered. My partners steak was nice but he was still hungry after as the side salad he got on the side was around 2 leafs of salad. I got asked during my mains if the food was okay and I said “it’s so so it’s not brilliant” the waiter then walked away.
At the end of the meal I told the waiter I was not happy with the meal and he got the manager. The manager then told me that I had told the waiter the food was nice, I said no that’s not correct & even the table next to me said they heard me say it wasn’t brilliant. However the manager did rectify this with the bill after a short disagreement. We Would not go here again.

Always been a fan of Jamie's cooking, to experience lunch in his restaurant in Bali was surreal. The British structured building fit out made it rather quirky. The food was fresh, adventurous and brilliantly constructed.
Staff were friendly and very helpful. Prices were very reasonable.
An overall pleasurable experience and highly recommend to all.

Went in mid afternoon when it was quiet. Still took 45 minutes for our order to arrive. We ordered a burger and a pizza. The fries and the pizza were like warm so I sent them back. The pizza was reheated rather than a new one made because my bite mark was still there - this made the pizza too dry. When I was seen taking a photo of my pizza, a waitress alerted the manager who then came over and stated that they had reheated it because it would take too long to cook a new one - don’t know what they take me for but I wasn’t buying that excuse. They offered to remake it but by this stage I just wanted to be done with this place. It simply doesn’t take that long to make a pizza. They assured me that the fries were a new batch but after that exchange I had lost trust in what they say. They offered to take the pizza off the bill - a reheated pizza does not taste the same.

I’d like to explain further about the situation yesterday afternoon. I couldn’t agree that our restaurant was quiet that time. We did have good number of guests & some of them were long tables, came in just right before you both. Unfortunately, their orders came in right before yours, therefore it would take longer time for your order to be served, which was around 25 minutes. We have learned different approach for this kind of situation, I thanked you for your feedback that time & glad that you allowed us to do our best to rectify the issue as mentioned in your review.

We had a late lunch and it was delicious. We were in the area shopping, staying in Jimbaran, and stopped in because it was the closest place with air coniditiong. lol Gede was our waiter although we ate at the bar. We had lasagna, that was freshly baked so had to cool a bit before serving. We enoyed two cocktails and garlic bread while we waited for our meal as well as a dragon fruit smoothie. Everything was delicious. The bill was 707,500 IDR which is considerably higher than local restaurants so be aware.

Lovely restaurant in the hustle and bustle of Kuta
just what was needed.
Great choice of staters mains and deserts
We loved all our choices - chicken satay and rib-eye steak which were served by excellent attentive staff.
It’s the attention to detail at the rest which is good too. Clean sparkling glasses, looked after plants, fresh flowers on the table all adding to the ambience of the restaurant.
We did compliment the manager who is called Fendi on our experience but I did say I would do a Trip Advisor Review too

What a shame! Jamie Oliver, you would have been mortified to have associated your name with the food that was served to our table of 6. The pasta appeared to have sat and had become like glue, the prawns were not fresh and I didn’t eat them. One of my friends ordered two small meals to go together and then they took that as all of our entrees and mains arrived all together. We ate our entrees whilst our main sat going cold. The Caesar salad was sloppy with no anchovies, bacon served with stale 2 inch croutons. And to top it off one of us became sick just hours after eating at the restaurant. The only positive was the fact the staff serving were friendly. Sadly, I would never eat there again!

After many visits years ago, came in again in Christmas day this year. It was great to see the change they did to the restaurant. Loved what they do with their pizza serving now. Margherita pizza was amazing as usual. This time, we tried the new menu, tasted amazing. Jamie Oliver did amazing thing with his approach of Asian food such as Indonesian Beef and Mie goreng. And i think chefs there delivered them perfectly. Service was excellent.
Thanks guys! Definitely we'll come again.
