This really is a lovely spot to rest and revive after doing some of the Campuhan Ridge walk. There are a number of spots to sit - the pergodas with cushions and views of the lily pond, the ground floor deck or the upstairs verandah with views further afield. Unfortunately, we had already had breakfast, so we didn't get to... More

I came here after the spa and was expecting the same friendly staff but I saw the waiter flick his cigarette into the fish pond.

I was disappointed by the service at karsa Café. I ordered Bali Coffee for two. We were there around 8:00am and we were the only one in the café. They took a long time to get our coffee and the place wasn't clean. Be careful, I got short changed on the amount they charged. They over charged me for the... More

Gorgeous grounds and outlook. Magical setting. Food and service pretty average though, disappointing. Would just recommend having a drink to cool down after the ridge walk. Didn't find the menu to be reasonably priced given the serving size. If I do the ridge walk again I will probably support one of the small warungs nearby as staff seemed friendly.

Ate here often during our stay in Bali. Beautiful location amongst the rice fields and Lilly pad pond. Great place to sit and watch village life and the animals. Lot of seating options from tables to upstairs Terrance to raised platforms over the water. Indonesian dishes are amazing and great priced. Try the mie gorang or lumpia Good drinks. Tried... More

We took a break here during our Camphugan Ridge walk. Nice view from the cafe and the cottages.. Good place to relax after the walk. We had bali coffee and honey lime.. Coffee was good, lime juice was not that good.. But worth spending for the nice view and the relaxing atmosphere :)

Popped in here for a drink during the walk. The place has a nice setting overlooking rice fields. Previous reviews said service was poor. They seemed nice enough especially when you give them a bit of Indonesian.

We stopped here for a rest and a drink during the our walk and instantly fell in love with the location and the huts propped up surround by water. We spent a few minutes feeding the hundreds of little fish and relaxing in the peace and quiet. Definitely worth a stop. We may even go back to sample there massages... More

I have been to Karsa Café many times - the food is always good. It is a place I never miss when I am in Ubud. Sometimes I go there after a spa treatment and sometimes I go just because it is such a peaceful spot to be. I can sit there for hours just drifting off into the surroundings... More

Karsa Cafe/Kafe is a simple and lovely open air cafe ideally situated overlooking the rice fields. A perfect place to have a drink or food after the glorious walk along the famous Campuhan Ridge heading north from Ubud. This is one of the most beautiful walks in all of Bali. We sell simple but delicious Indonesian favourites and healthy, fresh juices. We have recently opened Karsa Spa nearby with Reiki, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue therapeutic and healing bodywork and organic spa treatments. Leave the hustle and bustle of Ubud for a day! Come and spend healthy time walking the ridge then relaxing at our cafe and spa. Our sunsets are amazing too!
