Restaurant was found from a app, make reservation for lunch 30 minutes before arrival. Got a bit lost and called for direction, It was given and we made our way up the one way street. Its on a second floor with steps that takes you into a little intimate restaurant. Décor was local with a small kitchen that produced some... More

This place is great, accommodating, nice space that's elevated above street level which is kinda nice for watching people and getting above all the traffic. Really tasty food, I would recommend it!

I have already been visiting twice in the past days and I hope to be back. Very tasteful...try the crepe coco. ..cheerful young girls in the service and a friendly owner who greets the guests herself. Busy small place so arrive early or make a reservation

We ate lunch here and it was lovely, if I could do 4.5 I would but we did have slightly better food at another restaurant hence the 4. The staff are very friendly and we both had specials. The food was very good and well priced. Great location in central ubud and food can be spicy or not depending on... More

Sitting here right now. The service is fantastic, personally explain each dish to you. A delightful experience! Food is also very good, they will carefully explain to you that some of the food is spicy and ask you what level of you can take. Do come early or make a reservation this place is almost always fully booked.

Usually the 'warung' designation means cheap, with some sacrifices - often many. Melting Wok isn't *really* a warung, then, as it has the qualities of a restaurant that you'd happily pay 3-4x the cost to enjoy. Owned and operated by a delightful French ex-pat, you'll want to book a reservation in advance, as it's small and always packed. We went... More

New restaurant on busy road, just out of Ubud Centre. Small menu with excellent Indonesian food, cooked with a slight European twist.
