Really good coffee in the center of Ubud. Also, reasonably priced. If you need these two cups of coffee in the morning to open your eyes, go there! A simple but very nice place with lovely staff!

Incredibly good local coffee. Very friendly staff members. Nice range of "healthy" snack items. Will go back every day to get some real java.

Usually in Bali American style coffee is the go, and for many that's not really very appealing. It's improving and Freak Coffee is well up on the scale.

Over 6 days in Ubud Freak Coffee was my morning coffee fix and I'd sometimes go back later in the day for another beverage. Almost faultless- even though it was not peak tourist season there were always plenty of customers in there. Great coffee; my favourite was an Americano (15 Rp) with soy milk (add 5Rp.) Diet coke was just... More

Thanks for the review Avon! Our staff arrives at 7 am however it takes 45 minutes for the Espresso machine to warm up which is why the later start. There simply is not enough early morning business to warrant an earlier opening and our staff must first pick-up the daily roasted coffee from our roastery located outside Ubud. We will... More
