We stopped by here after going to the Spectrum theatre. I had the sweet and savory sandwich....smoked duck, Paulette cheese ....like a Fontina.....and blueberry bourbon jelly on grilled ciabatta bread. Absolutely delicious! An amazing selection of cheeses......

Take the time, sample some cheese, drink a cold craft beer, and order one of their mind-blowing sandwiches.

This is a cheese HAVEN. All cheese lovers will wet their pants walking in to this shop. However, we weren't going for cheese this time around. We came in for sandwiches as they were one of the few places open on a Sunday afternoon for what we thought would be a quick in and out lunch. They offer just a... More

Stopped at this small shop/cafe on way to Albany airport. what a surprise - really great cheese (brought home the creme des citeaux), bread, nuts, olive oil, etc and terrific grilled sandwiches and drinks. The owner -Eric - and all the staff -- seem to love what they do and are very friendly and informative. Great samples. If you're in... More

If you are a lover of grilled cheese sandwiches and really all things artisan, this is the place for you. Easy access right off the exit traveling through Albany, we decided to stop and grab a bite to eat. What I thought would be a stop for just a grilled cheese sandwich turned into a dining experience, complete with an... More

Stopped here on my way out of town. Extremely knowledgeable owner and staff who obviously love what they do and it shows. I picked up a great variety of cheeses as well as gourmet crackers and other accompaniments.

Great spot for cheese aficionados and cheese novices. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The breathe of cheeses in mind boggling but the staff navigates the customer through the thousands of options this discerning skill and patience. Husband and I were passing through on our way to Syracuse this past weekend and wanted something more interesting than your usual burger joint for lunch and found this place via TripAdvisor. I confess my expectations were much different than the experience. I am so thankful for that! The gentlemen who own the establishment know everything about what they sell,... More
