I actually visited this place back in 2017 and I had a great time. Good views etc., so much that I enjoyed it I came back again In Nov 2023 and brought my mum for an experience. But it was vastly different.
I can't remember if I was charged to go into the cafe (I bought a drink last time too), but just to go in and be charged? for a drink this time round was a bit of a shock. What if I didn't want to go into the gardens? tough, you have to pay regardless.
They gave me a wrist band, I tried to ask what it was for, something was mumbled and so I tried again at the cafe counter when ordering drinks, I was told it was for picking tangerines? and did I want tangerines? I said no, and they were going to take back the wrist bands...I'm thinking no, you made me pay just to come in for a drink already, of course I'll now fo into your gardens!
The gardens were not lush as last time as it is now November, which is understandable.
Great views of Sanbang!

Starting from May,
Jeju Island will gradually enter the hydrangea season,
but it will not enter the peak flowering period until mid-June.
Before that,
the first place on the island to have hydrangeas is Manor Blanc in Seogwipo.
The ticket is 4k won per person,
or you can buy a drink without the ticket,
the price ranges from 7.5k to 8.5k,
but the drinks are quite ordinary,
and how to choose depends on personal needs.
There are hydrangeas in summer,
pink muhly grass in autumn,
and camellia in winter,
and each season is very beautiful.
Manor Blanc can be arranged to go by the way when going to the south line,
you can go there after breakfast,
after checking in, go to Yongdu Coast and Columnar Joint Belt,
and finally go to Dongmen Market in Seogwipo,
you can spend a leisurely time to visit.
It is recommended to take the bus or charter a car to go there,
it is difficult to get a taxi here,
it is about 10 minutes from the bus station to the store,
and there is a mountain road.

At first our driver didn't know about this place, and my husband asked if there was anything else to do there besides.... eh....seeing the pink muhly grass.....But I told them both this was my main purpose of visiting Jeju in October and it was a must go for me!
Even the driver never heard of this café before, there was no problem using his GPS to find it. It was just a bit hidden from the main road but the sign could be seen easily at the junction.
It was good we switched our itinerary from afternoon tea to morning shortly after they opened at 10a,m. When we arrived at 10:30am, there were at least 10 people lining up to get the tea (which was actually the entrance fee to the beautiful garden). We did see a long winding area for lining up just outside the parking lot, probably for the afternoon visitors, when the café was full!
Although both the driver and my husband seemed uninterested when I suggested this cafe, the two men were the first to quickly go in the garden to find the best photo spots, when I was still choosing from all the varieties of tea. In fact the driver was the first to send out photos to show his fellow drivers (I guess!). All of a sudden these two men were more keen to test their photography skills, using me as their model (which kind of suited the purpose of this visit.)
I found this garden a lot more organized and well designed than elsewhere with similar pink field. Although there were already some visitors in the morning, everybody was able to find a good spot to take lovely instagrammable photos, of not just the pink muhly grass, but other plantations too.
Afterwards, we moved indoors to enjoy our tea and appreciate the collections of elegant tea sets. The desserts were also good after a whole morning of excitement.
Tips: arrive in the morning to avoid crowds. Allow at least an hour to 90 min. (and longer if you need to line up because you arrive late)
Photo tips: Obviously do not wear pink. White, blue even black are good. A selfie stick can proved to be useful because of the angles. Our best photos among all, was taken by the photogragher standing at a higher level (just outside the house) than the pink field below where I stood. The morning sun also provided good lighting.
Drink tips: As I thought it was a tea house so I ordered a hot tea, while my husband ordered a cold drink. After all the outdoor posing, it proved that he was smarter as the tea was just too hot! The pink cups of the cold drink also made a beautiful photo itself, in front of the pink muhly grass.
Other sightseeing places nearby and routes: a famous rocky beach where a famous Korean movie was filed there (about 10 min drive from café but I forgot the name), Sanbangsan Carbonate Hot Spring (not far), Tea House Museum (not far, West Route), Olle Market (East Route, about 30 min, where we had our lunch, and then continued to the Duty Free about 10 min drive, then 10 minute drive to the Hero Painter Show near the airport (show time: 5-6:15pm) , and afterwards about 10 minute to the airport for our evening flight to conclude our trip in Jeju Island.
Enjoy!

A little obscure to locate but it is definitely worth to visit. The lalang turned pink in autumn. There is a nice garden outside of cafe w a white baby grand piano. Unfortunately it was covered up probably due to rain. Coffee is good.
I am so please to visit this cafe as they are children friendly. Avoid this cafe 니모메빈티지라운지 they discriminate foreigners and even my children are 13 and above.
