This cool colonial building stands out on the street and is very atmospheric. Food was tasty but was cold. We didn't complain as it was so hot outside that we didn't mind too much, and it still tasted great! Not the best in town but still a good place to try. We had fish curry and chicken curry - both... Great place for eating at, good variety of menu and also a fantastic range of teas. I especially liked the ginger and honeycomb tea, husband enjoyed his curry very much. Very friendly staff, but for religious reasons no alcohol is served here.

I had a great fish curry here today. Served with red rice, creamy lady's fingers (vegetable) and great sweet chutney with popodams. Generous portions served under a pleasant fan cooled indoors area. This is the best curry meal I have had in Sri Lanka and all for a very reasonable 1150 rupees (about £6). Lots of other dishes on the... More

Nothing was bad... but for the price you pay (1200rs) for a breakfast, you are expecting more than what you get. My partner got the western breakfast, sausage was nice but the eggs were way over cooked. Came with a small tomato and a slice of cheese toast. Underwhelmed. The fruit muesli was nice, but again way to expensive. Cappuccino... More

Lovely air conditioned booth indoors with fun decor. Table was made out of a grand old door. Delicious food well received. Recommend the authentic Sri Lankan curry.

As soon as you enter, you're greeted by some very friendly gentlemen who take you to an empty table. The service is great and the food is exceptional.

The open rooftop seating area has a wonderful place to watch the sunset while dining. Quick and friendly service; prices are reasonable, food is quite good, but not what made us go there.
