Perfect place to stop by for a delicious iced tea and lunch. Lovely terrace to watch the world go by, and we were joined by the charming owner who had lots of great stories about Galle's history. A great find.

Came here with a group of friends and had a lovely afternoon. Wide selection of teas and coffees, and some of us had snacks which were good too. Beautiful setting on a verandah on one of the quiet streets in the fort. The owner is very friendly and had some interesting photo albums showing Galle after the 2004 tsunami.

My friend and I were looking for food and found this wonderful Cafè that happens to offer the best fish curry in the world and creative other dishes. It turned out to be the best place for breakfast and tea time as well, so we hardly left this place! It is small and we got to know the whole kind... More

Stumbled across this lovely restaurant and shop whilst wandering through the fort, and had delicious meals both times we ended up eating there. Unique decor and a welcoming host serve to create a friendly atmosphere, and I'd definitely recommend having a look round the shop for nice clothes and souvenirs at highly reasonable prices. Certainly worth a visit

Found this place by accident. What a little gem of a place. Had a great time chatting with the owner Fazal, a most interesting and knowledgeable man. You were right Fazal, it didn't need milk.

Popped in with a friend who had been before and knew the knowledgeable Mr Fazal. Egg masala was wonderful and cardamom coffee a treat. Wanted to get some of Mr Fazal's mango chutney but have to pre-order the day before if you want to pick some up. I'll have to wait for my next visit to Sri Lanka. Miss this... More

Excellent tour by the storyteller. We got 500r for getting the wrong answer on his quiz. Also we saw a monkey jerk off. Remember kids - say no to reheated rice and curry.

People may come here for the food ( which is delicious) but stay for Fazel. The old owner of this establishment is a natural born story teller and will seduce you with his endless stories and knowledge about Galle... So turn off your smartphone and listen to him...

Had dinner here. The food was very nice and freshly made. Staff is very friendly. The portion size for the curries was a bit small, but then we saw others with noodles and they had very full plates, so perhaps we chose the wrong food. Compared to the rest of Galle this restaurant is cheap! Would go there again!
