A couple of nights ago my wife and I were in Chang Rai and hadn't decided where to eat. We walked out of our hotel and not far down the street came across Aye's Restaurant. We decided that because we were tired we would just stop at the first restaurant we liked the looks of. What a surprise! We ordered... More

The best fresh river fish and crunchy chips. Their fish and chips were excellent and made a nice change to the palate.

I visited this restaurant for dinner with a couple of buddies from my tour group for dinner. It is located near the night market in Chiang Rai, Thailand. The menu is large with many different types of food. The service was excellent and friendly, although a bit slow. . The food was very good.

Expect to be hit with hidden charges. Food is ok, especially if you're a hungry vegan!! Service is lacking. Good for a quick lunch stop but not for dinner. And watch what you order.

A good find amongst the many restaurants around the night bazaar area. Sales techniques a little on the pushy side to get people in off the streets, but it certainly seemed a popular place for tourists. Cheap and cheerful, and a tasty curry washed down with a cool lager - perfect for a Friday night!

Went here for lunch when arrived in Chiang Rai. We were the only ones there and must admit it was awful weather, raining. Staff were pretty slow at service and I had pad thai and husband had a curry - with a beer each and it was around 880THB. Thought this was really expensive for average food and service.

We dropped by Aye's on the off-chance as the restaurant that we had planned to visit (a TA top pick) was full. The food was good, but the service was chaotic and you had to work hard to get even the basics, such as cutlery! The G&T came with no G and having had a long discussion with the waitress... More

We had a very pleasant and tasty lunch here, extensive menu including Burmese curries. Staff were helpful and it was good value. I would return and recommend it to others.

We had a tasty meal at this contemporary restaurant. The owner was very much evidence and did everything possible to ensure our meal was satisfactory. There is a fish tank in the restaurant and one can choose a fish for cooking! My husband chose to have Tap Tim fish sweet and sour style. He loves fish and was more than... More
