Great food. We had the testi kebabs (slow cooked in clay pots) complemented by excellent Turkish wine (as recommended by our waiter). Lovely ambiance - sitting on kilim cushions at low level tables with an open fire roaring. Best to book in advance if you want the testi kebabs.

My husband and me were simply walking around the street of Goreme thinking where to have dinner! That's when we stumbled upon a board 'Traditional home cooked food'. We decided to try them out since we were searching for some authentic Turkish food. This restaurant was truly a gem. Loved their food! The family was very welcoming, we also had... More

Host was great together with the best pottery kebab in Goreme. Searched and asked the locals for the best pottery kebab. And yes indeed, it was from Dibek. Perfect place inside and out. Very accomodating. Few list on the menu but they are all worth it.

This place is warm, traditional, and delicious. My Turkish friend took us here on a recent trip to Capadocia- it was delicious! The restaurant is also owned by a wonderful family who are all very warm and welcoming. The food and atmosphere were fantastic. Pro tip: the wine from Capadocia is great, but try something a little more midrange, also,... More

I definetely recommend to anyone who would like to have dinner in a traditional atmosphere; the food is great, "testi kebabi" is a must-have; but you need to make a reservation before hand if you want to eat testi kebabi, because they prepare it on demand three hours before dinner time. The service was great too

This is my number 1 recommend restaurant in Göreme. They have traditional decorations in the sitting area and have group vip room. The generous boss give us some cherry homemade wine and friendly touring his wine cellar. We love the food in Dibek!!! Try different spices with the dishes, fun experience of the foodie trip!!

We went to this restaurant because of a recommendation in the hostel and it was quite ok. Not too expensive and with very good service.
