I ate here many times and every visit was a celebration for a meat lover. The kebab is fluffy, tasty and juicy. It is at a very central location. When they sell all the meat they are closed. A must eat in Konya for lamb lovers. The prices might be a little high. The restaurant is designed well in its... More

This place is the best one to eat "fırın kebap" in Konya. Everything else is also delicious. I strongly recommend to anyone who would like to taste a quality food at reasonable price.

The food was excellent. We tried the Firin Kebab and Kofte. The desert was delicious. We went to the branch which is not in the city center. Parking is difficult at the city center branch.

They offer only firin kebabi but this is the best in the city, its traditional Konya meal. I recommend you to visit the place in lunch time because they are closing in late afternoon...

A small, unlikely staircase leads to this charming restaurant established decades back. The walls are adorned with memorabilia, antique weapons and faded photos - all of which bear witness to Haci Sukru's glorious past. Haci Sukru is not fancy. It's a no frills place for people who like to eat. And there's really only one thing to order - Firin... More

Konya's famous kebab. Well cooked meat on top of the bread. Special kind of cooking makes it very delicious and soft. And "kunefe" famous desert. You should try both.

Description
It was founded in 1907 on oven kebab and still operates with 2 branches. It is a traditional Konya dish that has been prepared at 11 o'clock, which is cooked at 4 o'clock at night, made from the forearm neck and ribs of a lamb that has not passed the age of 1 years. Low fat, oil free and oily options are available on request. We definitely recommend you come to Konya when you fall in love.
