I recommend you stay away from this restaurant. Service is so slow it is almost impossible to order food. The only thing good about dinner was the fish which we bought from the fish market.

The food was OK here but watch out for those charges. We ended up paying more for this meal than if we went to a top restaurant. All this to sit waiting in less than exotic surroundings in a fish market? I may well go back to fethiye fish market but I would urge you to check exactly what you... More

If you have a choice avoid this restaurant. Poor service!! And poor cooking of precious seafood. Staff were good at attracting customers but the left us stranded with dirty dishes in between meals. The prawns we bought were also not cooked to our request.

We were in Fethiye around lunch time and on the advice of a Turkish friend we went to the fish market for lunch and on the basis of a lonely planet mention we chose Reis as the restaurant to cook our chosen fish. Reis is one of many little restaurants around a central kiosk which is what the fish market... More

The agreed cooking fee is 6L per person but in the end we were told this price is only for the fish. In the end we paid extra 4L per person. The other food the waiters recommended were not even meeting the average standard of the city. And they are charging very high price. One small hummus for 10L? I... More

Visited the Old Fish Market in Fethiye, for the second time this year. Usual bombardment from all Managers / Vendors in the market. We had a good look around, and chose the Reis Restaraunt. Charming man in charge promised us the earth, to get us to sit at his tables. We bought our fish, and meat, and the chef at... More

Stay away from this fish market and from this restaurant. Avoid at all to eat something that the owner will offer you like "from the house". Will cost you a fortune. Ask before you order anything How much will cost you. Everything is made to take your money. The only scope is to cheet you, to lay you and to... More

We visit this restaurant whenever we are in Turkey. Always wonderful and friendly service with fresh and delicious food. Calamari are out of this world! You must try them. Whichever fish you buy on the market they will prepare it to perfection!!!

Never having been to the Fish Market before, we were unsure of which restaurant to choose. We were told by the retaurant owner which stall to get the fish from (though I thought this was supposed to be our choice), and being lunchtime just wanted something light. There was obviously some confusion with our choices as my partner wanted prawns... More
