When I the locals where would be the best place to get seafood, they responded...Man Restaurant. This restaurant has the best and freshest seafood in the area. You are able to sit on the beach, listen to the waves crash the shore and eat delicious seafood. The wait staff was perfect!

We go to Man no.5 every time we visit Hoi An. They serve the freshest seafood and the COLDEST BEER. We always have fun with the staff and the local Jet Ski Hirer (we call him Shaggs) The restaurant is that good, we are visiting again next June to celebrate our 50th at the restaurant.

We always have the crispy squid, grilled clams, which are different to the scallops, and fresh prawn rice paper rolls which have a freshly cooked warm prawn inside

I am reviewing the Man restaurant at Cua Dai beach. I am saying this in case there is another. The restaurants are numbered and this is #5. The visit started well with some great talk about the fresh fish and how the scallops were huge and tasty. Four of us ordered the scallop "You only need one each." And I... More

We keep coming back for the crispy squid, I don't know how they get the tempura batter so crunchy but it's delicious. Grilled clams are also our regular dish. Despite the beach erosion it's still lovely to lunch by the sea.

We were recommended this restaurant as we particularly enjoy seafood and I can honestly say all our dishes ordered were of decent quality in terms of presentation and taste so we were happy, however it is more like a beach café with plastic tables and chairs on the sand and scruffy staff in jeans. I believe it is a family... More

We were given a rave review by fellow travellers so decided to give it a try, wish we hadn't. Nearly empty the night we went, were placed right out front near the beach. My husband was "talked" in to a whole fish which had been split and cooked and served skin up. He had to pick his way through the... More

It was nice to sit outside by the beach for dinner and have very fresh seafood with a couple of cold beers. The prawns we had were massive, tasty and very filling and the calamari was also very good as were the beers. If we had more time would like to have gone for lunch as well but didn't make... More

We went to No5 Man Seafood restaurant with expectations of a great dinner but were very dissapionted with what was delivered. I hope this was not normal for them but they need to keep up with what is acceptable.
