Phap was funny and helpful. We enjoyed the process very much! It was fun to learn and eat spring rolls, bun cha, banana leaf fish and home made sauce!

Fabulous morning spent in the market with Bhap purchasing the produce for cooking that day! Funny and charming man, who then took us through several recipes with homemade sauces. Loved it the food after was fantastic.

We used peanut oil yes - but the owner is really easy to talk to and worked around any specific requirements we had :)

I tried emailing but didn't get a response either. We just went there in person around 3pm and booked onto the 5pm class that day. Probably worth going in the day before just to ensure availability.
