Worth the 45mins wait indeed. Best ever local noodle bowl. This is with melt-in-mouth pork ribs with heavenly soup. The pork rice is yummy too.

This is undoubtedly the best sooki on the island and maybe anywhere. The only negative is that they don't take reservations, are always crowded, and wait customers wait in an uncomfortably hot area outside. I wish they would create a cooler waiting area.
