Went for their lunch buffet ala carte promotion. We were disappointed with the food quality & taste. The fish was tasteless, the prawns was not fresh and generally the food was disappointing. But what made the experience worst was the rude and bad service. We...requested for some chili’s but never arrived. We felt that the waitresses & waiters have no interest in servicing the customers. Will not recommend this restaurant at all.More

The RM60 nett per person dinner can let you eat as much as you can including free rice and tea is really worth it. The only setback is you need to have time to wait for the food to arrive. The Peking duck, steam fish...and Wasabi prawns is yummy. The desserts are served in quite big portions so please take note for 2 person dining.More

We have visitors. The choice was finally Qing Palace because of the limited time, strategic location and of course, the delicious dishes.

We will visit this restaurant almost every CNY for LOHEI session. The food was nice + the tradional ambience which lead you to a perfect dining experience.

We've dined here many times and each time the restaurant really delivers one of the best foods we've tasted in Malaysia! This award-winning restaurant is a must try when you're at Pulai Springs Resort. The menu is well-priced and value for money. The service staff...are very fast and prompt in their service deliver. Delicious food here! Peking duck here is amazing, they will wrap the duck skin in the egg roll for you but you can request if you want to wrap it yourself (which is better and more interesting). We opt for the option to sautéed the...duck meat in ginger & scallions which tasted superb especially when they sliced the duck meat so thinly! Fried mee sua, clay pot brinjal and signature bean curd were really good! Their dessert were mediocre though, tasty enough for a sweet tooth but nothing to shout about. Prices were affordable for restaurant standard, service too was efficient!More

The place is very popular and apparently pointless to make any reservation through the Pulai Springs Website - claimed they did not receive it. Anyways, they did take our number and call us as soon as they had a free table, and we were advise...to call direct for any future reservations. We tried their specialty Camphor & Tea Smoked Duck (small serving RM$55), loved it! There is a very slight earthy taste to it, and meat was so tender, it was served with mantous (little crispy buns), delicious! Another dish we simply enjoyed was the Boneless Sesame Chicken in Yam Basket; Chicken meat was tender and not overwhelmed by the sauce, and the yam basket was nicely crispy on the outside with a generous thickness of yam. Just to keep a note when ordering, their portions are all quite generous (even if u asked for the small), so just do not get carried away. =) Service at the restaurant was very good, they are fast and would entertain your queries on their specialties and would recommend any 'changes' to accommodate to your preferences as well. We were also very fortunate to have a very helpful Mr. Rui Sheng to attend to us whom was very patient with our questions and requests. Décor of the restaurant is also very 'traditional Chinese' with Chinese artworks and furniture around. We would like to revisit the place, and try their also famous Peking Duck.More
