The food itself wasn't bad- we came for dinner there, but we didn't like the restaurant's location- in a touristy Oriental Village and its atmosphere (not very pleasant). Staff were just so so- polite but not very friendly or helpful. We ate our food quickly and went away. We had just that one dinner there and then went elsewhere.

The food here was like my title "Pretty Good" but definitely not amazing. We were the last customer they were serving for lunch as the customer that came in after we ordered our food we told that the kitchen was closed. We had the vege and seafood tempura which was tasty. Love the dipping sauce. We also had the tuna... More

Overall food experience is not too bad with air-conditioned restaurant after experiencing hot weather outside. But the green tea (Ocha teA) is so so so overpriced, they charged RM10 per pax!!! That's damn crazy!! I hope they revise their price on this!

Was staying at Berjaya and took a shuttle to this restaurant which is located in Oriental Village. We are able to sign the bill to our room. The entire village is dead quiet in the night with only 2 to 3 places opened and we were the only patrons in the restaurant. The food is alright but not authentic enough... More

Attending a conference at the nearby Berjaya resort, a number of us had dinner at Mizumi. Service was reasonable and the room we were in was well suited for the number of us there. The highlight of the dinner was the 'agadashi dofu' (tofu!). It was delightful. There was a limited range of beers (3) and there didn't appear to... More

This is located in the Oriental Village, where the cable car is and everyone waits in the hot sun (this is Malaysia after all)! If you are hungry and want to grab a quick bite and 'rest your laurels' in an air-conditioned environment, Mizumi is unfortunately the ONLY choice in Oriental Village. The other food outlets are food carts and... More

Upon entering Mizumi you automatically forget about the hustle and bustle just outside. The endless lines and the countless number of people waiting for the cable cart becomes a distant memory. Inside the traditional Japanese decor not to mention the seating that allows a westerner to feel like they are seated with a regular Japanese family is refreshing. The food... More

The restaurant is an oasis of calm amid the chaos at the base of the Cable Car and so was a very welcome respite. It is a fairly conventional Japanese, but with salmon and beef Carpaccio as sashimi. These were excellent, especially the salmon and we would highly recommend these two dishes. The tempura was also very good, the sushi... More

Excellent food and authentic Japanese Salmon Sushi which the manager claimed was from imported Salmons.
