Simple place. They have 5 items on the menu. Nasi lemak, laksa, toast, sandwich and eggs. We had toast and laksa. Toast is very traditional and the laksa here is awesome!

A nice establishment originated from its parent shop in Kemaman in the neighbouring state of Terengganu. Coffee is good and food range is limited consisting of fresh bread sandwiches, noodles and nasi lemak - the popular local rice dish. Its noodle in spicy fish stock is rather nice. At times very crowded with office workers.

Food not the best, still ok. The signature Hai Peng curry laksa like mixture between asam laksa n curry laksa. Nasi lemak ok. Not much choice, I asked for few item recommend in website like nasi kelana, staff said don't have. Wonder if we visited the right restaurant.

The breakfast menu is limited. Most people order half-boiled eggs, toast bread, nasi lemak and coffee. The shop is under man power during peak hour. The staff will get inpatient during peak hour too. May be this is the reason why the menu is short and simple.

Here is a place for simple breakfast like toasted breads or buns and half-boiled eggs, nothing to fancy about. Not many varieties of food are available too, so if you're looking for a simple breakfast, this is a place that you can go. the lady that toast the bun is quick-tempered, try not to ask her too many questions when... Bought chicken curry with bread, laksa, iced coffee and tea and a set of kaya toast. The taste is overrated although the coffee was not too bad. Paid around RM23 which was nearly similar price to franchised Kemaman kopitiam.

The restaurant is always clouded but you don't have to wait too long to get a seat. They serve delicious beef noodle, chicken curry rice, kaya butter bread, assam laksa spaghetti and nice home made coffee.

I brought my Jakarta friend to here for cups of famous Kemaman Hai Peng coffee and roasted bread. The coffee was taste good and thick with aroma but not so sweet which was good to enjoy coffee taste instead of sugar and milk taste. Roasted bread was delicious and we really enjoyed the food and coffee here. I will come... More

Loved the simplicity and the lay-back kind of kopitiam where you can take your own sweet time drinking coffee while having their famous steamed roti which is crunchy on the outside yet soft on the inside. Catching up and talking to your friends at this kopitiam just like the old times! Should try whenever you are in Kemaman.

Had the famed roti kahwin but was utterly disappointed - bread was hard and dry and there was insufficient kaya and butter - not sure if they actually used butter or substituted it with margarine too. Did not try the coffee but was told by my friends that it was rather good. Will stick to the original branch in Kemaman... More
