We ate during one afternoon but unfortunately we were too early for the tiffin menu. We found the naan, chicken and curry dishes to be very good and glad to say we did not suffer any digestions issues after like some other reviews. The masala chai both hot and cold were very good along with their lassi. Admittedly the place... More

I specifically requested 2 things: 1) garlic cheese naan (not crispy or hard like it was reheated with microwave or overcooked). I emphasized that i didnt want any hard or crispy naan bread. 2) fresh soya milk, nothing added. #2 was butchered, but because i later found out they didnt have fresh soy milk.. Ok. Fine. They went ahead and... More

I ordered Nasi Lemak early this morning and they brought me a cold plate looking like left-overs from other customers or food from yesterday. I wish I made a picture... I am still wondering why I ate it. Also, the lasi are made of syrup instead of real fruit and the roti cheese that my girl ordered wasn't that good... More

We went to ros mutiara for dinner on the second day of being in Georgetown. Alas on the night itself, two of us started having diarrhea and vomited. The rest followed. By the morning four of us had shown signs of food poisoning. Now they are still in recovery and it's been four days. Avoid the nasi kandar at all... More

This is very basic compared to some restaurants - a corner location, open on both sides, but so authentic, friendly and food delicious. We enjoyed masala dhosai, excellent naan, and some other curries. Just go in and try!

Not the best Indian meal we have ever had, by a long way. The lassi drinks were 70% ice and neither looked nor tasted like lassi. More like cordial. The meal lost its heat very quickly and the rice was particularly stodgy. However, the vegetable soup was extremely spicy, although it could have done with some cucumber, as a side... More

Foreign staff that are treated badly. Not paid on time and they clearly look unhappy. The daughter has different price for locals. The boss is friendly and funny but the food is nothing special.

Loved out quick lunch stop and it was great to be seated and have the chefs cook around you. Was busy and popular with travellers and great value chicken curry

In our 3 day stay we went there for dinner 3 times.. Just shows how much we like it. The food is tasty (had tandoori chicken, garlic and onion naan as well as a vegetable dish) and the staff lovely. They do their best with explaining the dishes if you ask.
