The cook was previously a chef of 5 star hotel many years ago. It was our 2nd visit in 3 months time. We came to this restaurant at 8.30pm this round by avoiding the peak dinner hours. At first, we had asked the chinese lady boss on the duration it would take to serve us since 2 children were with... More

We chose the restaurant due to the walking distance from our nearby hotel at Batu Feringgi. Surprisingly, we had a wonderful dinner there and enjoyed our orders of sweet & sour pork, its famous signature chicken, vege and prawns. And the food price is reasonable and food quality is thumbs up.

Yum food!! We had a delicious dinner. Sweet & sour pork was amazing - so was the lemon chicken. But the spring rolls alone were worth the visit. The lady running the place was lovely. Basic restaurant, wonderful garden - relaxing evening!

Realize kitchen is dirty after passing by on by way to tiolet. Food preparation is done on dirty shelves with house-flies

I first visited about 15 years or more ago and on a recent visit to Penang was delighted to find the restaurant still existed and run by the same people , a husband and wife team it feels very homely tables and chairs basic but the food is excellent and good value for money. The restaurant serves a variety of... More

Decided to try this place for dinner and must admit a little hesitancy but took the plunge. GOOD DECISION. The menus caters for both western and local tastes "so when in Rome" we went for local. Starter of Spring Rolls accompanied but Chinese Tea got us of to. Great start. The main course of sweet and sour Prawns, sizzling pork... More

This restaurant, although looking basic, serves some of the best Chinese good you will get in Batu Ferringhi. The family are excellent hosts and despite there being a number of years since our last visit we were warmly greeted on our recent visit. We had sweet and sour pork, chicken and green pepper and excellent fried rice prepared specially without... More

Came with a local family to have dinner. This place is embedded in a 'jungle' of bougainvillea. Takes courage to walk in for a bite but well worth it. I get the sense they r not keen to expand business, just run a small business their way. There r only 5-6 tables. Only 3 tables were used when I was... More

We ate here twice, and the food was lovely, as well as the owners! They even delivered spring rolls for our lunch on the day we left. Very pretty garden. Recommend highly for eating.
