Came in here for a late night meal. Menu looked ok. I was seated upstairs on the verandah. I was brought a menu. The first waiter could not speak/understand English properly when I asked simple questions like what do certain dishes have as I have food intolerances. He couldn't understand a single word I said. So he went to get... More

The service given getting worst. New associate or not, you still need to give your very best. Need to be more attentive. We have to wait for 5 minutes until the service attend us with the menu. Even that i've raised my hand they act busy and ignoring me. Our table don't even have cutleris set. Food Comment: I don't... More

Arrived here on a cruise with almost 3 thousand fellow passengers who, typically looking for a free wifi spot. This cafe serves nice coffee and beer and in my view a bettet choice than Starbucks where it's too many people and not as competitive as this place on price. One thing though it only opens late at about 4pm.

The interior of this restaurant is decorated with many wall frames and objects on the shellac-painted wooden walls with the chandeliers emitting warm white light creating a cosy, fancy environment at night. They serve Malaysian and Western cuisines and I tried a few dishes which I couldn't recall the name except for Malaysian Delight, and all of them tasted fine.... More

Decided to stop by for a drink. Were harassed by the waiters who claimed they had no whiskey so could not make the drink of our choice. Instead they insisted on making B52's for us... we nervously accepted. The waiters returned with two drinks and then then lit them alight... not a good tasting drink but seemed to entertain the... A nice little local fusion cafe with budget priced set menu. Some seatings with PC & free internet usage. Try their Malaysian Delight, Penne with Chicken or Hainanese Chicken Rice. A local favorite for the family.

Kk town is not much a happening place at night so we had a chill out time at upperstar damai. Enlightening ambience with classic posters and portraits that give out a balanced and light mood. Most of all, the beer is considerably cheap. Great choice to enjoy on own or with friends.

Loads of better choices for eating in KK if you want western food. I would only come here for drinks and then only the jugs of cocktails which are reasonably priced.
