Great local place that is packed to the gills every night. I highly recommend the chicken wings in oyster sauce. The price is cheap and gives you a nice insight to the local cuisine.

It's in the same block as little italy across from wisma merdeka and suria sabah. Its a corner shop and very unpretentious and simple kopitiam setting. Limited tables though The food is delicious local cuisine and cooked by locals. Easy on the pocket too....what u may spend for two at little Italy you can have a meal for 3 or... More

Came here with family of 9. Waited by the road side as it was dinner time and the place wasn't big with limited tables to accommodate so many patrons... the food selection is adequate with typical Chinese cooking style. Just that the drink selection was limited. We enjoyed the meal, it was quick after ordering was done. Nice decent local... More

Place is busy and slightly run down but the food is pretty good. The fried beehoon is the best I've tried in Kota Kinabalu.

Still enjoy this place. Sweet and sour pork and lemon chicken are great. No frills place. Plastic crockery and chairs. Always busy. Large portions and very reasonably priced.

We ordered chicken wing (taste so so, personally still think KL Jln slot Wong Ah wah chicken wing better), Herb pork leg (this one special), Sabah Shu chain Choi (this I will recommend), Asam fish (taste so so coz the asam soup not that good). Total cost with 8 rice plus Chinese tea cost RM118. Considered cheap.

Very2 delicious.More choices of food according to customer request.I really enjoying all of food i want. But,the restaurant so small, not enough and customer need to wait long to get turn.Services also good.If You going to Kota Kinabalu, don't forget to visit this restaurant and try the food. The restaurant located in the center and near budget hotel.

the location is by the roadside and some may feel uncomfortable as there are vehicles passing by but the place is worth a visit. the signature dish of the restaurant is the braised pork knuckle and chicken wings and NOT seafood. so if you are thinking of delicious seafood, then this is not the place. moving on, the food is... For my first night in KK, I thought of trying a local coffeeshop cooking style. I ordered the daily melon soup and a plate of seafood noodles, since this town is by the ocean. To my great surprise, they only offered frozen imported dory fish slices as a fish dish. It became clear when my noodles arrived as both the... More

Was recommended to me by an Australian Yachtie that we met while here, very busy and sometimes we had to stand and stalk a table and pounce when someone left.

Food was great
They do have an english menu but the best stuff appears is written on the wall in Chinese.
Ask feisty Aunty for a translation of sorts

Meal was great and cheap, did not see beer being drunk or visible anywhere but there are a couple of Carlsberg signs on the wall, so it may be available but a mug of chinese tea did it for us when we were there.
