Excellent food, centrally located, decent service. But what a gloomy and dark atmosphere!! It has this “Cold-War-East-German-interrogation-basement-chic” quality about the colours and the lighting. Choices must be made: cuisine or setting?

The food is good plain high quality pub standard. The service is good but it's all a bit too crowded and the decor is not the place for a romantic date. You'll eat well and the bill is not high but it lacks atmosphere.

Both the seafood and game dishes had very creative preparations. Food was excellent though the salad bar had a limited selection.

The food is good, especially the fish, but the restaurant has a really old-fashioned feel to it. Excellent desserts.
