This is a tiny place in Astoria. Food was very good and service was friendly and efficient. It's cash only which is a pain, but they do gluten free crepes which were very good. Kir royal were well made and it was a nice place to hang out. Maybe a little on the pricey side

Tiny place specializing in crepes from Brittany. Very limited wine list. Table bread should be better given they are French. Nice onion soup, full beef broth and good gruyere. People who got frisee salads and tuna tartar very pleased. Crepes large, various fillings.

Ate brunch on a Saturday morning at Cafe Triskell. This is a very small restaurant that provides beautifully prepared food from a balanced French influenced menu, served by friendly, accommodating servers. Various crepes, eggs were perfectly prepared in a timely way. I'm a nut for food being served hot and that was the case here. I will return when I'm... More

The crepes we ordered were excellent. I was amazed of what we ate and we didn't feel stuffed. Wasn't impesed with the pumpkin soup but the crepes were excellent.

Oh, Cafe Triskell, where have you been all my life? This is quickly become our favorite brunch spot in Astoria- cozy and homey with amazing French fare. It helps that we love the staff too. The highlight for us is always the Skewered Brioche French Toast- homemade brioche lightly battered and cooked to perfection, dusted with sugar and served with... More

This place is excellent: which is to be expected from a place that only takes cash and has a limited menu. I've gotten the crepe with pear, goat cheese, almond, and honey twice now-- and I absolutely love it. The fries are awesome as well. Highly recommended. And I love the ambiance.

I wonder who are the people leaving positive reviews for restaurant Triskell. Either they are friends of the owners or the owners themselves signing up under different names. The service was great but the food there was less than average. The crepe I ordered was dried and not very tasty. I much prefer the traditional ones I've eaten before. My... More

As we approached Cafe Triskell, my husband said "we can't go there, it links like a dive." But we were pleasantly surprised. The onion soup was the best we ever had and the chicken cordon blue was scrumptious. And let's not forget the banana crepes with Nutella and chocolate sauce. Good wine list and good service. We'll be back.

This tiny and very casual cafe was fantastic. Really delicious. Nice wine and the French Onion Soup, Croque Madame, and Pear Crepe were truly outstanding. I understand why the soup has been recognized as the best in NYC. Highly recommend. Nice service. And terrific value. Note it is cash only. But at such value, we did not mind that at... More

Savory and sweet crepes cooked to perfection. Lots of other wonderful French dishes, too. I used to LOVE the croque monsieur, but I no longer eat meat so I stick to the crepes. The poached pear crepe is light, sweet and simply delicious. Super small place, but cute and with the trip.
