We enjoyed eating our meals here so that we did not have to go out. When the elevation is 12,600 feet, who wants to go for food when you've had a busy sightseeing day? Fair selection and pretty good food.

We had dinner at Los Uros and the food was excellent (5 stars). Unfortunately the staff was unfriendly and arrogant (only bad experience so far in Peru). They also serve high priced imported water without asking when much cheaper local options are available. It spoiled the experience and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant as a result.

This restaurant has excellent service and tasty meal options. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are very accommodating to requests.

We had dinner while staying in the hotel in order not to leave the area and chose the hotel's restaurant. The location is the best and the restaurant has all the best surroundings to be top class. However the hotel in general, of course including the restaurant urgently need a redo.. The food is good/tasty.. However I would say it's... More

We went to Puno last week, and the hospitality in the Hotel Libertador was really A1! Our first lunch was in the restaurant of the Hotel (Los Uros), the service staff was very kind since the first moment you get inside. The view is speechless! Amazing one! The food delicious, all the dishes we ordered were cooked exactly in the... More

Brought my 7 year son who is half Peruvian. After first day´s breakfast he said: I love it here in Peru. They are so nice to me. Restaurant staff managed by Mr Christina Diaz and the head of staff Hugo were extremely attentive to my son and myself. Sometimes they even suggested meal options we had not thought of ourselves.... We were staying in another hotel nearby and decided to try this restaurant. The restaurant was really busy but this did not slow down the service. The food was great, the atmosphere nice and the staff warm and friendly. A meal for 2 with drimks was 186 sol. Very reasonable for an upmarket restaurant with lake views.

We stayed at the Hotel Libertador for 3 nights and basically ate most of our meals here in the restaurant. Our first dinner experience did not go well but after speaking with the restaurant manager, he quickly rectified it and our meal was complimentary. The meal (when it did come) was delicious. We ordered the rack of alpaca ribs and... More
