This is right in the Rockwell shopping centre, so very handy for a snack after shopping, movies, or kitakits with friends. Their halo halo is what I go there for when I'm in the building. Can't get enough of it, pity I only have one stomach.

They serve one of the very best halohalo!!! I have had halohalo in other places but this one stands out. They serve Filipino cuisine and delicacies with a daily menu. Very friendly atmosphere with chairs and tables set-up across a fruit stand that is located in the middle of a wide hallway in the ground level of the building. My... More

Ate here for dinner. The food is okay but it isn't that spectacular. The serving is small and the service is quite slow. It was a busy night though so I guess its reason why the staff was a bit overwhelmed. We ordered the adobo and chicken barbecue. I was surprised with the size of the servings vis-a-vis the price.... Had a very bland fish and was totally unimpressed. But their avocado ice cream is simply AMAZING. Been there twice now just for that. Well worth it.

This is a small shop located towards the middle section of B1 floor of Powerplant Mall. They serve simple home-cooked Filipino cuisine, which are precooked and heated up again upon ordering. We ordered the pork sinagang, monggo, kare kare and lapu lapu fish soup. The food were delicious and the portion were rather generous. The price was reasonable too. This... More

The only restaurant in the mall where you get to choose cooked food and ready to serve. They serve Filipino dishes and take away foods to enjoy in your homes.

Milky Way serves simple turo turo style Filipino home cooked food. The food are nicely displayed behind a glass counter. We ordered mongo, pork sinagang and kare kare. Very delicious. Great place for a fast and no fuss meal.

This is like a cafeteria with good food in a high end mall. Tables are filthy, the space is way cramped and staff seem oblivious that there are actually customers wanting to eat and not hang around in front of their counters. Waiters should also be considerate given the tiny dining area that they have that a table for six... More

Established in the early 1950’s as a dairy bar in Old San Miguel, Milky Way is still a favorite among lovers of good, home-style Filipino cooking. The Famous Milky Way of ice creams, buco lechias sherbet, chicken asparagus sandwich and the best in Pampango cuisine has 4 outlets to serve you in Makati City and in the Greenhills Shopping Center. Aside from dine-in service offered at our Rockwell Power Plant, 900 Arnaiz Ave Makati and Greenhills branches, we offer our high quality food in take-away packaging. Our goal at Milky Way is to provide meal solutions: home-cooked fare that has been blast frozen and packaged in microwaveable containers or vacuum packaging. They simply need re-heating to be enjoyed. All Milky Way products are carefully prepared in the Makati central kitchen by the restaurant's original cooks from the 1960's.
