On my last night at my recent visit to Cebu, I was lucky enough to be invited to dine at Maya. The hour long ride in the cab had us all feeling parched and weary but when I saw the highly unusual, sophisticated and quirky interior all was forgotten! We enjoyed Margaritas made with excellent tequila until the food, which... More

We are here after reading a travel guide review and we were extremely impressed by the food and service! Try the steak fajitas, they were lush!

A good Mexican restaurant came as a nice surprise in Cebu, but facts are here: the classical menu (burritos, enchiladas, fajitas, etc.) is attractive, portions are generous, tastes quite authentic and service is very friendly. On top of this they they seem to know their way tequilawise and their margaritas are excellent. Prices reasonable. A good address.

I was invited by a consultant and she preferred Mexican food. When we were here, the attendant never gave us the menu to which we still have to ask for it. I think they never p[aid attention to us because we were looking so Pinoy and not that lucrative look other socialite and foreigners were. It was just disappointing that... More

I was never a big margarita fan until I tasted their version a couple of years ago - just perfect. They provide awesome customer service and have a great interior. Food is 4 out 5, my favourites are definitely the costillas, the Mexico City street salad and fish taco on Tuesdays:D

The food was great, the restaurant is really nice looking however the service is horrible. First off the server had a hard time taking our simple order. Once he took our order he stated that he couldn't separate the bills for whatever reason. I ordered the beef fajitas (which was amazing) and received chicken. With the order I received fajita... Great vibes, friendly staff that remembers your name and face from previous visits. Food is delicious with healthy serving sizes. Ambiance is very comfortable,I prefer to sit at the bar. Try the tacos with corn tortillas :) and don't forget about their mojitos!

Maya was created to be a casual restaurant and tequila lounge: laid back and subtle, with efficient service and reasonably priced. The sophisticated yet casual allure of Maya seamlessly blends old world charm with modern elegance. Succulent aromas from the kitchen mix tradition and ingenuity while setting the stage for your dining pleasure. Maya also has the largest selection of 100% pure agave tequilas in the country, which in addition to our premium house pours are sure to charm.Maya is committed to the timeless tradition of Mexican food – utilizing countless ingredients and dishes, and perhaps most importantly, the rich family tradition of preparation, which is done by hand using the freshest local ingredients that are regionally available. By embracing both Mexican tradition and local sensibility, we offer a creatively classic cuisine that unites well-known Mexican street food from the stalls of Mexico City and family dishes from the coast of the Mayan Riviera and the inventiveness of the Hispanic American communities of California and the American Southwest.
