I really enjoy the gelato and large selection of flavors. There's seating, too, so one can go and meet friends. the prices are very high, and the staff harried by the long lines and not all that friendly or helpful (I am clearly a foreign visitor, and was somewhat lost in how to go about ordering and paying, and instead... The most overhyped gelato house in Cebu. If you have tasted the gelatos outside the country, you can therefore conclude that Gelatissimo is very commercialize and very much expensive. They are packaging themselves as gelato but they are literally ordinary street ice cream (street ice cream sometimes even taste better) Better to buy Ben and Jerrys or Hagendaz in S&R... More

I've tried their gelato twice, and both times enjoyed it. Hard to choose which gelato is best, because there are so many to choose from! Good portions. Very refreshing and delicious!

Nice range of flavours. And staff always happy to let you try a sample before committing. I'd suggest the tiramisu. They offer lower sugar flavours too but they have mor eof an artificial flavour.

Nicest cool place in Ayala Mall for cold desserts. Service is quick and pleasant.Sweet treats. The Mall which although airconditioned, can be really warm, like in the Customer Lounge.

If you venture inside and take a look at the simply spectacular array of ice creams then the chances are that you will be hooked and end up having three scoops as I did! There are flavours here for every palate, mix and match or just plump for three scoops of white chocolate and enjoy!

The quality of the ice cream is superb and the selection is vast. It is a pleasure to have one of their creations but it is a little on the expensive side. Worth it though for the taste alone.

After dinner at The Brique in Ayala mall my family decided for some postre. We chose gelatissimo. The staff was patient to my children who tasted more than 3 or 4 flavors before deciding on double scoops of their chosen flavors. The lemon cheesecake flavor never ceases to amaze. Be prepared though to be set back by around 680 Bucks... More

A sweet alternative to my usual coffee craving is a double scoop of their Espresso gelato served on a cone. Get a spoon and scoop your way around this creamy confection. The evening I went last weekend, there was a long-ish line but the gentleman and lady manning the counter were efficient enough to manage the small crowd with their... More
