We went for an early dinner on a week day in February 2017. The restaurant is big in closed and open settings with pleasing interior. Food is great but at a price. We tried some special dishes like palavan (vegetable), black squid, grilled tuna and fish lumpia. Warm precooked food in on display and you can also pick and choose... More

I've been to the restaurant several times, but I decided to write a review this time because their sizzling marlin was outstanding. The fish in the fish soup was very fresh and almost sweet to the taste, as if it had just been harvested at dawn. The grilled meats have always been consistently flavorful... in the even grilling, the flavors... More

This place is a must for anyone visiting Bacolod! The selection is mainly Filipino food and the service is really fast and efficient!

I was looking forward for dining in Aboy's once again. The first thing I asked if they have the squid fat adobo dish in black ink. They had it. Big smile :-) I would be happy to just have the squid fat and white rice, then we saw the mushrooms and the "paguey" (stingray cooked in coconut milk) , a... More

Aboy's menu offers a variety of choices - especially on the fish and vegetable dishes. I commend the grilled blue marlin, the catfish dish, "puso ng saging". And oh, I like the bibingka and "puto-bumbong".

Great food. I like its fresh buko juice. I also like the masks around the wall. The story of the couple who started the business is fascinating. They grow their own veggies grown in their backyard. We visited in 2015

I love their blue marlin at Aboy's! Costs P100/ 100 grams. Tasty, juicy and fresh! Aside from that, they have a wide variety of food. Turo-turo style and lots of choices for grilling. Oh, and their sago gulaman is yummy as well!

We visited Aboys for dinner with my family. It's been more than a decade since I last visited the place. I was looking forward to a great dinner. However, I was not amazed just like the last time I was here. Sure the place is now bigger with better facilities. But the food seems just your regular fare. Our clam... More
