Best lengua estofada(ox tongue), callos, chicken relleno, baba cake, churros. Excellent service and toilets. It's a must to visit and try this institution. I learned that Bascon has been in the food industry in this province since 1956. Also trythe best lasagna. Their cakes are reasonably price, and can out taste those in manila.

Bascon's Cafe has the best sizzling boneless bangus in the area. The fish was really fresh and tasty and it waiting time is short. Their cakes were also delicious and the place (though it is small) is very cozy.

Great food and location, it is a nice place to have a breakfast here, i recommend the chorizo or the hamonado very delicious. When the weather is hot outside it is nice to stay inside because it feels sooo cool and comfortable. Great place

This is a very cozy place with interesting decor. We wanted Negrense food and were not disappointed. Our Negrense friends chose the place. We had callos, seafood platter, fried tilapia and friend fresh lumpia ubod with chicken with coconut soup. Rice servings are unlimited. I loved the malunggay (Moringa oleifera) and pineapple shake, a refreshing and healthy drink. The owner... More

Me and my boyfriend is fond of eating here because of the coziness it brings us. Especially the owner who is very approachable, kind and nice to his customers. Even if he's old you can still see in him that he loves his business. The food is good especially their "tapa ilongga". Price wise is ok. Their food is mostly... More

We never fail to bring friends and family who are visiting to Bascon and it has yet to disappoint. They always rave about the quality of the food, the size of the servings and the value they get for their money (compared to Manila). Our personal favorites include the crispy kangkong, KBL, scallops (though the last time we visited, each... More

I've just recently visited Bacolod again and had to try a lot of the local restaurants and would certainly say that Bascon at 27th had more for less. Just can't get this much orders while paying less. Really a fraction of what I would spend in Manila. This also goes for a lot of restaurants in Bacolod.

Bascon café has been around for a long time, and yet it kept it's quality and even improve it over the year. Me and my wife always look forward to their sizzling pork sisig and/or back ribs. Not to mention their all-daybreakfast which suits to our kids tongue. For desserts, you wanna try thir baba cake. Bascon café is just beside... More

Overall Excellent indeed, the Lechen Flan I always wanted I found it here, smooth texture, the taste is NOT too sweet. If i will be in Bacolod again, first place to visit is 27th Bascon. The Dining Staff were excellent, they knew everything about in the menu,so committed on their work. I like the mango salad and A MUST TRY MALUNGGAY... More
