I've always ate in Jo's inato every time I visited iloilo when in was small. I haven't been there for a long time and I'm surprised to see that it's pretty much the same. It brings me back old good memories. The chicken inasal there is very delicious. Their boneless bangus sinigang is great and also their grilled boneless bangus.... More

Last time I had their grilled chicken with Buco Halo-halo was around 2 decades ago at Cagayan de Oro City, it was one of my favorite restaurants' back then. So I ordered my usual and still tasted as good as before, just superbly grilled juicy chicken for the price you pay for. The ambience has remained spartan I suppose its... More

Chicken Barbecue "Good up to the bones". The halo halo is a must try. At 99, it's a wonderful desert.

I'd say Jo's has the best chicken inato in town! Tasty, flavorful and balanced roasted chicken and their roasted chicken is not dry. It comes with unli rice and best with soy sauce, calamansi and chili. Great for dinner!

Taking our lunch past 1pm after a long travel from Estancia,Iloilo of which most are already starving to death. But with all the local dishes served like the Tinolang Manok served in fresh coconut shell coupled with chicken barbeque and witweeew, the local halo-halo also in fresh coconut or buko shell is very refreshing and a good "sira gana". Flavorful Inato especially the paa, there is also unlimited rice included in every order. We also tried the manok sa buko (binacol), it was okay but I am personally not delighted with the idea of cooking meat in coconut water. Fast service, all our order for a family of 10 was served in 10 mins.

I had the Chicken Binacol which is a sort of local version of the Katagalugan's 'Tinola'. A bit too sweet for my taste (not a great fan of sweet dishes), but delicious nonetheless knowing that the sweetness came from the 'buko' juice. They have more local dishes on offer which unfortunately for me didn't have enough time to try. The... More

I was so excited to visit Iloilo City for the first time. Our friend invited us in this place to experince the finest Chicken house in the city. Their chicken inihaw should be eaten with your bare hands together with their special sauce.

Try Manok Sa Buko (Chicken in Coconut) this is literally chicken cooked inside a coconut. This is one of the best places to eat that I have found during my 2 month stay at Iloilo. Also the Lumpia is absolutely fantastic here!
