Allan's Talaba in Oton has become my favorite pit stop as well as taking home surprises to family. The restaurant is across from Guiasano, open air, always a breeze. The seafood is delightful and so is the price. Oysters are number one for me. I do enjoy many of their other dishes as well. The staff are efficient and friendly.... More

First time I ate there the food was great. Value for money but the last time I ate there, the shell fish weren't good.

Allan's talabahan is famous in the area. Their serving of talaba (oysters) is very, very generous for its price. We ate here last Christmas vacation and ordered other dishes along with the talaba and paid for less than Php 350. Not bad considering there were 4 of us eating (3 adults and one kid). Just make sure you are not... More

I only went there once, but I can't forget the taste of talaba (oyster) with creamy milk powder sprinkled generously on top. Instead of melted butter, Allan's talaba has milk powder as topping. It creates a unique combination of flavors. You have to try it to really understand why people love it!

Allan's is one the local resto in Iloilo, I've never heard of it before but my family knows this. And besides it is really popular with the locals. i did not eat Talaba though, I'm hesitant. LOL. BUT! I ate porkchop and also fish. It is tasty. Did not expect it. Be prepared for the flies due to its open... More

The first thing that comes to mind whenever we make a trip to iloilo is this place. Really cheap Talaba (oysters). I eat an average of 2 to 3 buckets of oysters whenever i visit this place which is everytime im in iloilo. Their kilawin shrimp is also quite yummy. They have now moved to a much bigger place compared... More

The place is incredibly causal, the floor is not even paved. Mostly locals patronize this place because it's doesn't look much. But the seafood is good and cheap. Locals recommend this so we tried it. We had the grilled stuffed squid, grilled pork belly, grilled chicken and the fish with soup. Incredibly tasty and so good with rice and spicy... More

I have gone at Allan's.. a couple of times and what keeps me coming back is their special grill oyster topped with cheese, butter, milk and garlic. As for me with a sweet tongue, it really satisfies my palate. Allan's was the pioneer for oysters cooked this way. They have got the juiciest talaba so far, in Iloilo. Other foods... More
