Amazing place with really good vermuts, nice coctails, and lovely green and eco friendly atmosphere. Believe this place will be appealing to vermut lovers. Rich choice of vermuts and tailored cocktails. Chairs are fantastic, design is good.

Спасибо за приятный отзыв, ждем в гости снова!
Dropped in to have few drinks. Staff were all friendly and nice. The way they work is they greet you nicely and recommend you drinks and don’t bother with bringing you the menu, even though we asked for it. So you end up with ordering...recommended drinks and finding out 100 euro bill at the end as a surprise. In my personal opinion 500 rubles for a shot of vermouth is way too much. I think they should bring you the drink list so the customers can see the prices first. But I think that’s the selling strategy. I feel cheated and of course not coming back. Not to mention we got a set of 5 shots for free but in my opinion that’s a part of a strategy to make you order more. Nice thought but still have a bad feeling about this place.More
Frustrated that the taste did not live up to your expectations.
Surprisingly, not so many people on Sundays. Ask the staff for the best cocktails! Try rigatoni, probably best in Moscow.
Thanks for the great review! We`ll be glad to see you again!
After visiting few Vermonteria places in Spain was really looking forward to be here. But was really disappointed. The vermouth is heavily overpriced - a Padro vermouth (6 EUR per 1 liter bottle in Spain costs 4 Eur per 50 ml). Some cocktails are nice....But only some. The food is decent but not superb. Just some interesting ingredients (e.g., pizza with brains - sounds better than tastes). Will hardly visit this place another time.More
A nice and cozy place serving Italian inspired cuisine in Moscow near Pushkin Square. But their speciality is cocktails. Intricate and inviting recipes of various combinations of vermouth with vodka/gin/whiskey/tequila served in a elegant glassware. Definitely try the Jasmin Sour!
Great location in Moscow! Like it! Roman is super! Marvelous cocktails, highly recommended for visit in MSC!
Thank you for the good review, we will be glad to see you again!
We decided to visit the restaurant as very few places in Moscow offer a variety of vermouths. And true, they offer 20+ but with very high price tag - 300-400+ rubles for 40 (!) grams. It is twice more expensive than in other restaurants in...Moscow. By the way, the price of wine is quite acceptable. With regard to food, as main dish you can choose pizza or pasta only. The starters are ordinary although the names and components are very inventive, the taste is not. The quality of pasta was good. The taste of pizza is very average. All in all if you like pasta and a glass of wine in the center of Moscow - why not?More
It was great dining experience ! The food is delivered with passion and solid flavors all throughout every dish! Beef tartare with Sigi caviar is absolutely amazing, pizza delicious like authentic Italian. The food and service is outstanding and the drinks are equally delicious. I...will definitely coming back! Thank you guys for hospitality and an amazing experience!More
Temo B, Thanks for your feedback! We will wait to visit again!
Upfront. If you are looking for a classic Italian restaurant, Vermuteria is probably not your thing. It is a little restaurant / bar with a modern interior, as you can find many in Milan or other Italian cities. The chef is Italian and the food...is as authentic as it can get. They serve one of the best Pizzas in town. Yet, there is a modern spin on some of the dishes as well, which makes it quiet interesting. Expect a wide range of classic and modern pizzas, as well as Risotto and Pasta. And of course the Antipasti can't miss on the menu. I tried the modern Tom Yum pizza (why would you do that? you ask yourself...because I am generally curious) and I have been pleasently surprised by the crab & zucchine pizza with a slight aroma of Tom Yum in the background. Also make sure to try the tartare, which I had as an appetizer. There are plenty of wines on the menu, for an affordable price, but I decided to be curious again and go for one of the Vermouth based cocktails. After all Vermuteria comes from its speciality on Vermouths. Unfortunately I am not a professional reviewer and I don't remember the names of the various cocktails I had, BUT I do remember the very creative presentation, which everything but boring. The Vermouth Whiskey Sour spin, came in a tea cup, mounted on a martini glass stand. I have been there during the weekend and it was hard to get a table for our company. Better call ahead and reserve. The waiters spoke English, so it shouldn't be a problem. They told me, that they have weekly Milanese styled Aperitivos on Wednesday evenings and I will check that out next time! My opinion: Absolutely worth visting. Stimulating for your synapses.More
