I am here with my family. A waitress filled carrot juice on my jacket. And said nothing and left. I called manager. And asked him to tell her at least say sorry. And she laughed. I will never reccomand here to anyone. The worst service ever in my life.

I'm not a pasta guy so can't rate the pasta. Nice Mediterranean style salads. Pizzas are ok, if not a little bland. Excellent fruit lemonades! Lunch times look pretty quiet so service is pretty good at lunch times. Dinner you may end up downstairs...........overall tho it's likely Iwill be back there on Friday evening. Lol.

Every time I come to Moscow, I eat at this restaurant close to the Bolshoi Theater. For me it is definitely one of the best Italian restaurants that I have tried in Moscow. The service is between good and mediocre, but the food is really good. You need to try the Tuna Tatar on Avocado Mousse. I eat it EVERY... More

I went several times to the Il Forno in Moscow. Food is very good, but the service is quite unfriendly sometimes, especially if you come before closing time. They accept serving, but do their best to make it quick and throw you out asap... Very frustrating. Will return there but definitely not at late evening.

Atmosphere is lovely- almost romantic for a prodomiitly pizza place outdoor seatng is nice and good location. Food was tasty-but menu limited to pizza and a few Italian meals. Service is typical Russian fashion- not vriendlybuy efficient, we ate there 2 times in 1 week, the food was very good

We visited Il Forno early on a night when we had tickets to the Bolshoi at 7:00. This is a cozy Italian restaurant just across the street from TSUM and maybe a block from the Bolshoi, so the location was very convenient. The setting was comfortable and the service attentive. We ordered thin-crust pizzas, which came very quickly and we... More

Warm and cozy interior, cushy armchairs, convenient location in the pedestrian area. The food was generally very good, we had home made pasta, thin crust pizza and a few salads. This ceviche was very good as well, with a creative twist.
