Nice place with relatively good and cheap good. But the music was too loud and electronic cigarettes are allowed, which is unacceptable - poor practice

We were in a hotel quite close to this restaurant and decided to try it for dinner It has s really nice ambience and and decor We hadn't booked and our waitress, who spoke perfect English, managed to find us a table even though the restaurant was...quite busy We both chose fish, which was lovely. Prices are cheaper than central Moscow and are good valueMore

Hidden away down a side street is a cozy little bar/restaurant. Our lack of any Russian was accepted gracefully and our waitress made a herculean effort to answer our confusion. There was a house wine but not tried.. There was a fun pate appetizer. An...acoustic piano player from Cuba was there. He said he was an ex-pat from Cuba and was the only black piano player in Moscow and this was his third gig of the night. I was confused about tipping. The bill had a total and the credit card slip came out of the hand held device. I think I should have left a 10% tip in cash but my wife told me to give it to the piano player which I did.More

Not quite the Piano bar we were looking for, but what a find! Great service, great food, great atmosphere and the musical entertainment was as good as any you would pay top money to see. Balalaika and piano playing old Russian favourites mixed with many...recognisable modern tunes. Definitely coming back, and definitely recommend.More

Excellent place: cozy, atmospheric with true Moscow character. Food was delicious, service was great, as a pleasant surprise there was a pianist who really made our evening nostalgic and unforgettable!

Pretty nice summer terrace. Friendly staff. I usually don’t like “homemade” style of dishes, but at this place they find proper balance of “home” and professional kitchen. Also you can find here of the best Aperol spritz!

Visited a Saturday evening around 20.30 with 3 colleagues. The place was 1/2 full and a small ensemble was playing pop hits on drums/2xharmonicas. The music was not too loud for us to communicate without shouting. The atmosphere is informal partly due to the apartmentlike...decor. I liked the cheese fondue as entree, this was just the right amount of cheese. My salmon for main course was cooked ok, but my colleagues striploin was totally grey i.e. overcooked. The waiters was very unattentive, hard to get in contact with, did not ask about preferences for how to cook the meat and did not during out meal ask us if everything was ok. Overall - can still recommend the place due to decent prices and the ambience!More

I've discovered this restaurant by chance - I finished an escape game and wanted to find some place in its vicinity to eat. So we came to Kvartira 44. Cozy interior, attentive waiters and delicious food. My biggest surprise was the bill. The prices were...very down to earth here, quite a surprise in Moscow. I'll most definitely return.More
