Late afternoon lunch. Good service, English menu if needed. Good beer and liquor selection. Some sort of Russian Trivia table game going on at the time, people seemed to enjoy it. Service was great, food good and just the right portions. No complaints at all.

This place was truly excellent - welcoming and professional staff, absolutely delicious mouthwatering food (I tried glazed pork ribs - the best ever!), central location, minimalist interiors. The prices are pretty friendly for the quality, if you are used to Moscow-level pricing. I'd recommend booking...ahead in advance, as it seems to be full at dinnertime. Will definitely come back if I'm ever in Perm again!More

I ordered a fillet mignon and it was a right choice. The ambient is relaxing and location is very good. Recommended for all kind of travellers.

I only choose this restaurant because it was busy and all others I saw were empty. 3 star decor and 5 star food with perfect English and good value.

We both enjoyed some very good menues in Partizan. Neither in Moscow nor in St.Petersburg we got that good quality for a comparable price. You could eat cheaper in Perm but if you like good food and an awesome location for european incomes partizan is...a very good option. We met some great guys there and had an awesome evening with lots of beer an nice, russian snacks. The service was very friendly and the menu was available in english - this made everything a lot easier for us. Enjoy Partizan - a source of joy an colour within the more or less grey Perm ;)More

The restaurant is situated on the Kama river quay but probably not in its best part. Anyway the place is close to the center and easy to find. The decoration looks very stylish though it is a bit dark for me. There are no windows...with a street view as the place is on the underground floor which is not my scene but there is nothing they can do about that and fortunately it is the only shortcoming of the place from my perspective. The eating area is very spacious and well conditioned. It is good for business negotiations (they have a separated room with a big round table if you need more privacy) and a family or friends' party. They have a menu in English which is very helpful when you are with partners from abroad. The food quality is beyond all praise. I always try to talk my German friends out of odering steaks here in Russia when I'm not sure about the meat quality but in Partisan they insisted and were very happy which was very unusual. Starters and fish for the main course were also very good. The service was excellent - not intrusive but "permanent". All the big company was served at the same time (or with a 2-minute interval) which is a very important indicator for me. Both service and food quality are very consistent - I get the same high level of service every time I visit them.More

Located couple of blocks from the rush, nice view of Kama river outside to enjoy afterwards, not overcrowded, plenty of space, menu in English as well, good cuisine and service.
