We ate there today. Very busy at lunch. Chaotic to say the least and with the language barrier it could have been bad but we had the good fortune of meeting the nicest waitress on the planet. She saw our difficulty with ordering and took...us under her wing. Couldn't understand a word so she took me through the ordering process and then proceeded to walk us through the particulars of the meal we order which was the crossing the bridge noodles which were fantastic by the way. But it was truly the kindness of this very nice lady that made this one of best dining experiences I believe I've ever had.Again the food was great though so if you ever have opportunity to dine here take it even if you don't meet the best waitress on the planet, you'll still enjoy the food.More

I had this last year and it was so amazing! Can't wait to go back and take all my friends there. I really love the idea of being able to make it the way you like it.

Here Yunnan is famous for Rice Noodles, where i tasted for 50rmb combo a delecious food for lunch and for foreiners they should provide invoice atleast. In china mobile payment is familiar and can introduce global payment sysytem for forigners.

Guoqiao Mixian (namely passing bridge rice noodles) is a famous Yunnan speciality. If you have never tried it, I strongly recommend to taste it. It is actually noodles soup, and according to you taste you can put ingredients like ham, bamboo shoots, etc.

We ordered Jian Xin Yuan Crossing bridge noodle for breakfast as we were just here for one night. We ordered delivery through dianping and we were advised 45 min for delivery but it arrived within 20. Noodles are very tasty, the soup too with a...strong pepper flavor. It was a nice breakfast! Please note that their most famous dish are spicy noodles but it was not very appropriate for early breakfast...More

We had a local specialty ; some kind of chicken soup with a lot of extras on the side. After this is being served you throw everything in the bowl (and eat the result of course). You order this in the front, maybe you van...point at one of the pictures there as tm they don't speak Chinese that good. We also had some noodles for extra, which you can get yourselves at the other counter (also after you paid and showed your ticket). Cheap and good!More

While we are in the queue, I asked one of the local who is behind me what's good for dinner. He suggested 标准型过桥米线 that costs 25RMB a set. You have to order at the counter before proceeding level 2 to find a seat. Hand the...receipt to the waitress and your meal will be served. The set includes a plate of cooked and raw meat, a bowl of noodle and a huge bowl of hot soup. Simply dump all into the soup and start your feast. The soup is slightly peppery and oily but it tastes good. Overall, it was a good meal especially having it during a cold night.More

I walked about 20mins (1.6km) from Holiday Inn Hotel. The building look like old traditional style but not sure if it has been re-furbished. As I do not have any idea what to order (there are 20-30types on just noodle alone!) I just go for...the "Traditional Cross-Bridge Noodle". Oh boy! they come in a BIG set with many side dishes of don't know what plus ingredients for the noodle which you have to put in yourself, as well as a big bowl of hot soup! it is 60 RMB for this set and it seems a bit too much for 1 person! Was told it is authentic local noodle so I guess it is worth a try! You can walk around after the meal.More
