So disappointing. Quality is so so, service so so. There are much better options around the corner. Not worth wasting your appetite here.

We can only say the food is very amazing. We enjoyed Japanese fresh choices of seafood. The staffs look professional.
1hr wait for what I had heard was the best place for sushi in Sapporo. It was ok but nothing amazing compared to other places in Sapporo. Marinated salmon roe was very tasty. Very lively place with a friendly atmosphere.
This is a very popular place and you can read many of the review of the long wait. We waited for about 1 hour. Go just before opening is best. To truly enjoy your time here try the different kinds of raw fish sushi and...avoid the standard Salmon stuff.More
Definitely not worth the long wait. After waiting for an hour and a half in line, way past lunch time, I expected the sushi to be great. Not really. Nothing special about the sushi and price not commensurate. Plus staff not courteous. Just tried it...because of good reviews. Had much better conveyor belt sushi elsewhere.More
Came one hour before it opens to take a queue number and we were 14 in line. Went shopping and came back at 11 sharp and was given a table immediately. You can take a queue number and go shopping at the station while waiting...but do note that they will not call you if you are using a foreign number and you have to drop by periodically to check. It is conveyer belt sushi but the quality is much better than others that we have tried. Overall, the price point is on point but do not expect it to be made by a sushi master eg: Endo Sushi in Osaka.More
Visited second time in our short stay in Sapporo. We took a queue #255 and went around shopping to pass time as usual. In this digital age their queue system does not contact foreign numbers???...so pls select “wait in line” When we return an hour...later our queue number just passed. I told the staff at the door our number and she acknowledged that we will be the next. However we waited for another 20mjns and I saw she let 2 other groups of Japanese 3-4 pax passed us with greater queue numbers. #257 and #264. They were given dinner tables. I confronted the staff and she said because they were waiting in front of her?!?!?!?!. We are later given a table and no points for guessing that we were given counter seats. Spoilt my appetite and high regards for this restaurant!!! Will look for alternative sushi place in Sapporo. Totally disappointed.More
Had a wonderful energised lunch. Wide variety of sushi and seafood served tasted fantastic. They accommodated my request for no wasabi for kids sushi.
Wow this was on my list of places to go and apparently it was on a whole lot of other peoples lists too! Decided to check this place out for an early dinner so we got her before 5 and there was already a long...line waiting. Before you sit down to wait, you must go to the little computer reception thingie do you put in your info. How many people in your party. Where you would like to sit. How would you like to be called (phone or just wait in line?). We opted to wait in line because I was not gonna miss out on bad phone service and not getting that phone call. Plus would they really call a Hawai'i number!??! The machine spits out a ticket with your number. You then go and have a seat in the line of stools (or you can stand and pace like other people who are fidgety....like me) and wait for someone to call your number. It's good tho because the ticket thing has English so you are able to put in your information correctly. Plus when they call your number, they come out with a number board that shows you the number so you don't have to figure out what your number is in Japanese. The atmosphere here is great! The guys making the sushi in the middle are super energetic and it's just so loud and fun! It took about 20 minutes for our number to be called. You sit down, wipe your hands with the wet towel, make yourself some green tea and get to checking out the sushi on the conveyor belt! Now this is the part where you either need to know your sushi or need to know your Japanese. Some sushi's have little signs that say what the sushi is but some don't. I love ahi (maguro) and luckily I could read that in Japanese so I knew what to grab. Plus it's pretty easy to spock out that nice cut of tuna over rice. I choose maguro sushi (seared and raw versions), sweet potato which was glazed with a sweet sauce, and tsukemono (pickled cabbage and cucumbers). Everything was sooooooo good. The ahi was melt in your mouth fresh, the sweet potato was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and the tsukemono was delicious. You definitely need to stop by here if you're around the sapporo station. It took a while to find because the shopping area is ginormous but I'm so glad we found it. It's in the sapporo stellar place on I believe the 6th floor. It's at one end of the food levels with a ton of stools in front. Plus if you see a bunch of people waiting, you're probably in the right place. Check it out!!More
Hanamaru sushi restaurant is one famous restaurant for having sushi in Sapporo. All the materials there are fresh and many kind. In lunch in dinner time you should make a queue or you better make reservation for exact time you will come. There are also...menu in english so no problem for us who don’t read kanji. The price is average if we compare with the material.... try to visit there if you in Sapporo👍More
I decided to go there because of the convenience. Sushi was decent the seared salmon was just so good. Went after dinner rush but still long wait time.
There was so much hype about this place that we decided to try it out. Despite it being after lunch hour, we still had to wait 50 minutes. So expectation was high when we got our table. Seriously, it is not worth the wait. Some...of the sushi were not fresh - the squid and prawn. The tuna and salmon were alright. We had been in Hokkaido for 14 days and Sapporo was our last stop. We had better sushi than this. Was grossly disappointed.More
This is a popular place but so worth the wait. Come during off peak hours like after 2:30 pm if you don’t want to wait too long. I went here twice, as a foreigner I appreciated the English menu and that you can just take...plates from the counter if they appealed to me. I loved the seared salmon sushi best you have to request it, just point to it from the menu, I think I had 4 plates of it because I have never had this in the US! I spent about 2000 yen but that is because I splurged on those seared salmon sushis, sorry I enjoyed them so much I forgot to take a picture.More
This was my first stop in Sapporo. We got there around 1:30pm and there was a massive line. Make sure to go straight to registration machine to get your table number or you’ll end up wasting your time instead of eating sushi. This is conveyer...belt style sushi place. The typical sushi cost around 200 yen while the specialty once is around 500 yen like the massive eel sushi. I really enjoyed this place. If you don’t see a sushi you like in the belt, you can write down the number of which sushi you like and the chef will make it for you. We ended up eating 20 plates! Our favorites are the 3 kinds of tuna, the seared sushi, scallops and roe roll and one of their specialty the philly roll with eel on top.More
Supremely fresh sushi with huge portions at very good prices compared to other places! A must visit restaurant if you are visiting Sapporo!!!! Also there is one of the prettiest girls there working her magic as sushi chef! Wish I knew her name :p!
