Fine dining menu! 最後,非常感謝Fumika Haga的電郵快速回應,預留了適合我們的房間,及當晚給我們服務的廚師及工作人員,we have a wonderful night, Thank you!

The place has a nice ambiance, the staff are very nice, will attend to your needs with a smile. I specially like the live band, it brings out the Christmas spirit! The food is very good! With extra attention to the way they plate it....Their wine selections are also good! But the place is a bit pricey. But in any case, it deserves a 5 star!More
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at the Sky J restaurant on the 35th floor at the Sapporo Nikki Hotel. It was a set meal with every course being delicious, well presented and served by attentive staff. The view was also stunning. Highly recommended.
We were greeted by the hotel staff that showed us the way to the lift. Restaurant has a great view. Spread was also great and staff were very friendly. For the price, it’s good value.
This place is on the 35th floor of the sky tower. Impressive views of Hokkaido at night and day. Friendly service and quality local Hokkaido food.
You get a great view of Sapporo and the hills around the city. If your hotel room does not give you a good view, then you really should come here. Night is probably better, but you get a great deal for the lunch buffet. It's...2400 yen net per pax. ( Thrifty Tip: If you don't pay for your hotel's breakfast that day, it will be an even better deal! Our hotel's breakfast was something like 1,500 to 2,000 yen per pax. So it only cost us a few hundred yen more in actual money to dine here.) Food was mostly nice and acceptable. Italianesque when we were there. Not particularly Japanese at all. There were some Chinese style dishes too. It's a deal because 1000 yen will only get you a bowl of basic ramen in some squeezy Sapporo eatery. From their speech, it appeared that almost all the diners were Japanese. So you do get an authentic dining experience. Not some tourist trap. Service was fine. This is not fine dining, so we didn't expect too much. As it was my birthday week, they even took a photo for us, which they printed and gave us a copy each. Oh, I had a 10% birthday discount too, as I had joined their "Harmony Club". You can get details on their website. Also, if you book on the website, as we did, you get a complementary cocktail-drink. Aperitif? It can be alcoholic or non-alcoholic. All in all, a pleasant 2 hours.More
Conveniently located on the 35th floor of the terrific JR Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo, Sky J is a wonderful breakfast experience, combining quality food options with a memorable setting. Open from 630am to 10am, the breakfast buffet has so many choices to select from, criss-crossing...multiple cultures and local specialties. Well-laid out, plenty of personal space, and quality staff who are there to assist. Enjoyed the Hokkaido options like gratin and Zenga. Great bread choices to pick from, loved the juices! The food experience is so special, and when you add the amazing views throughout Sky J, it makes for a fantastic place.More
Great breakfast with a good view of the city at 38 floor A good mix of Japanese n western breakfast in Sky J restaurant Recommended for d amazing view and food Location is great right at the JR Sapporo station, lots of shopping areas nearby
Great views, amazing atmosphere and fantastic food. Although it is a confusion of fusions when it comes to food it was an amazing selection of dishes that we were all very happy with and spoke about the next day. The location overlooking the city while...the sun was setting also made it a wonderful evening to remember. Thanks for a great night.More
We took in the breakfast buffet at Sky J during our stay at JR Nikko Sapporo Hotel. It is on the 35th floor & offered a panoramic view of Sapporo city. The food was a mix of European, American and Japanese. Buffet has a whole...Japanese spread with miso soup with condiments, Hokkaido steamed rice, with all Japanese condiments including ume, nori (seaweed), tsukemono (picked veggies), miso squid and prepared trout eggs! It also offered prepared lamb, island grilled fish, steamed mushrooms, carrots and other veggies. Had Hokkaido milk , Pelegrino Mineral Water, Cappucino/ Expresso coffee, fresh juices along with fresh fruits. It was a most enjoyable breakfast buffet! The view added a special touch to breakfast.......More
Buffet breakfast was served at Sky J during our stay at JR Tower Nikko Hotel, and was of a high standard in quality, with a wide variety of dishes on offer, in plentiful supply, and replenished when required by attentive staff. In the evening we...enjoyed a couple of cocktails at the bar, overlooking the city's lit up streets and skyline.More
We went as a couple and ordered the 6,500 yen set menu. The first plated dish was GREAT!! LOVED IT, but everything else was not that good after that. The wine though, was SUPERB. Ordered two bottles in total. We were seated on the side...that's facing away from the city, which was a pity. Would have been a great view otherwise. The staff were nice and friendly though not many could speak english.More
It was nice being in Sky J in May to celebrate our 30th anniversary. The service, location are great. Food are nice too. The view from the restaurant was terrific overseeing the whole Sapporo city. We enjoyed a wonderful night there.
I went there to celebrate my boyfriend birthday, i i had pre-arranged a yummy strawberry cake. Even though they are not familiar with English, they tried their best. we been a excellent dinner and view. just sadly, that night was foggy. overall, i would like...to recommend it for enjoying a evening or even just for a drink. The prices isn't too expensive.More
This restaurant is located at the very top of JR Nikko hotel with panoramic views of Sapporo city. It offers a breakfast and fusion lunch buffet with a variety of western and Japanese dishes. The chefs use fresh seasonal ingredients based on what's available at...the time of the year. Food served is of high quality. When we were there during the winter months, very fresh buri (yellowtail) sashimi was offered whereas during another visit in autumn, they had sake (salmon) sashimi. There's also a station where a chef would serve you prime cuts of beef or pork. There's a good choice of desserts with different types of cakes available as well as a salad bar. It is advisable to make a booking beforehand as the restaurant is hugely popular with the locals. Recommended.More
