As a guest at the Rihga Royal hotel in Hiroshima, I was given passes to this Japanese restaurant on the sixth floor. Their set menu breakfast was delicious - It’s so different from my usual breakfast experience!

Wow amazing finding this fabulous restaurant in our hotel where we were staying. The food was utterly amazing and it was such a great "first experience" of Japanese food whilst in Japan. SO yummy !
Staying the hotel, this was one of the convenient choices for breakfast. Quite different from Western meals but tasty, nourishing, and very well presented. We enjoyed the opportunity to try all the dishes. The freshness, preparation, and service were all exceptional. See pictures for food...and menu.More
Arriving relatively late on our first night in Japan, we chose to dine at our hotel (RIGHA Royal), and selected the Naniwa, encourage in part by the 15% discount offered to hotel guests.. We were not disappointed and, in fact, returned the second nigh despite...other nearby possibilities. Lots of options, from set meals to a la carte selections. Service was excellent.More
I'd been looking for a good Teppan-yaki restaurant in Japan since we got here 10 days ago but hadn't stumbled across one. Luckily this place was on the 6th floor of the Rhiga Hotel which I was staying in. The service was impeccable, as I'd...come to expect in Japan, and the food was even better. Me and my wife had the Chef's recommended menu at about 12,000 yen (£65) per head - not cheap by any standards and I was initially wary. However, you get are prepared 5 different dishes all in front of you and the quality of the food and taste was the best id had in an upmarket restaurant in japan. You can pay an extra 1,500 yen to upgrade to Wagyu beef which Id recommend. The chef 'Inoue' was really friendly and accommodating too, although he speaked little English he made us both feel very welcome and he added to the experience. I'd thoroughly recommend it.More
