Beautifully cooked gyoza and ice cold beer. Wonderful English speaking waitress who was super friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be back to Senmonten very soon!

We ate here a couple of years ago and at that time it offered only pork or tofu gyoza or the pork gyoza with cheese on top (which they melted with a blow torch). Now the old guys who used to be here are gone...More
We stopped in this little bar after reading about it on a blog. It is well worth a visit. Really friendly service and there is an english menu but it was full of locals when we arrived (always a good sign). There were only two...More

Senmonten has an extremely limited menu, which can be a good thing if everything on it is done well. In this case, however, we found the gyoza merely adequate. If you love gyoza you can find much better options. Of course, Chou Chou is wonderful...More
Other than to say the gyoza are excellent (among the best I've ever had), I only write to clear up an internet error. Google Maps and at least one review suggest that the restaurant is closed. It is not closed as of 5/21/15. Come here,...More
