Conveniently located beside Daimaru department store, Inoda is a well known chain of coffee shops in Kyoto. Their coffee is excellent, and the breakfast sets are not bad. But in their shop the smoking and non-smoking areas are not separated. As I went for breakfast, a lady next to my table began to smoke, and I had a headache.

A great place for good service, breakfast, and coffee. We were walking around looking at the shops. I had the French toast with Arabian coffee, and my hubbie had the African blend with pork sandwiches.

This cafe chain is well-known in Kyoto. We had a short coffee break here after returning from Nara. We ordered Columbian Emerald and Arabian Pearl coffee. They tasted really good. The atmosphere of the cafe is cozy and comfortable. Staff are friendly and service is good. It is a good choice for a pitstop or a quick bite before continuing... More

Good arabian pearl coffee. Service was excellent. I order a club sandwich and it was toasted to perfection. I would recommend the breakfast set since it includes the coffee ( coffee alone costs 500 yen). I am sensitive to smoke. I was glad to find that smoking and non-smoking floors are separated. I tried their omelette rice before and it... More
